Love when other people get the chance to critique gugas steak more honestly and Angel is the one and only true description guy for me because he is also always honest about his taste and doesnt just sound like repeating vocabulary from a book. Also nice to see a "cheaper" cut from time to time instead of always just wagyu wagyu wagyu. To me this is what guga is all about. Making (inexpensive) steaks taste expensive and comparison between both.
