This is just a tour of my kitchen and discussion. My cooking spices are dual purpose providing flavor to food and drink while also historically are beneficial to soothing skin, aches and pains, toothaches, sore throats and tummies. While researching what I have on hand I have discovered a broader spectrum of food and herbs I didn't have and their own beneficial applications. I have made black pepper tea with ginger and tumeric...for a cough. This was so informative :) starting with what you ALREADY have! I always use the blue painter tape LOL Thank you for sharing your Apothecary with us. You are an inspiration!
