I don't think that's the case. Ramy was not worse than the condition/size he had at Olympia '21 that he won. But I think that tells us something has changed about the judges. I think they finally started caring about the conditioning. Not just the size, which is a good thing.

There are parts of the quad, that should be seen when your at that low of bf, that aren't bc of oil use, and that's lit the only possible way your not seeing parts of he quad is bc of that, 100% not a single doubt in my mind, other ppl who are experts lit have said the same thing, it's lit impossible without the use of oil
He must have done st with those shoulders, I mean there is no muscle fibers, anyone who says it’s normal doesn’t know sh*t about bodybuilding and that is one of the reasons why he shouldn’t have the title👌
