The S20 Ultra cost 1400.00 when it first came out. And many youtubers were saying 120hz I don't even notice the difference...right, now everyone wants 120hz ... ah 😂
I am still using my Galaxy S20 FE, it will be three years in June since my ownership of this phone, it is still great. I got 6 hours SOT a few days ago and didn't even realise 😅. Otherwise, this phone gets me around 3-5 hours of daily usage depending on what I do with my phone such as a bit of gaming, TH-cam or browsing through social media. This is still great to this day apart from getting any more major updates, but still gets security updates.
Mine is fell on concrete I'm looking to put a new screen on my self to get it back and running it's just the screen won't turn on but I have watch videos how to replace the screen I'm looking to making content on that
Yo apparently I completely forgot about this phone 💀💀 whole time I thought we were talking about the s21 ultra and you mentioned focusing issues and 120hz only working in 1080p and I’m scratching my head like since when?? Then you turned it around and I had to stare at that camera array like ohhhhh 😭😮💨
Fun fact: The Sony Xperia XZ Premium has the best PPI out of every single phone at a staggering 807 PPI. It is 5.46 inches and the screen res is 3840 by 2160.
Great video as usual. I am still rocking with my Note 20 Ultra. I did attempt to upgrade to the S24 Ultra. I used it for about a week or so, and returned it. I chose to stick with my Note 20 Ultra. Honestly, I was not that impressed with the S24 Ultra. It is a great phone! I just don't think it is that much better than my Note. Sure, it is a little faster (and I mean just a little), it has better battery life, and the s-pen is essentially the same. The camera did not impress me either. Granted, I am not much of a camera guy. Also, the screen is noticeably smaller, even though it is only .1 inch smaller, I did notice it. One last thing, I happen to really like the curved display and of course, the expandable storage on my Note. So essentially, I am going to rock with my Note, at least, 1 more year. We will see if the S25 will convince me to upgrade. Keep up the great work young man!
Well said bro and that was my taught bcos even me I'm still with my s20 ultra because of the expandable memory card honestly me i like to use memory card inside my Samsung Galaxy device and that's the reason why i can't upgrade since they stop using expandable memory card from Note 20 ultra
I loved the s20 ultra it was a good phone. I only upgraded it because I wanted the note 20 ultra and at that time I got it for a great price on Amazon less than 400 plus it had all the newer updates. Software, cameras and screen resolution. The only thing was the battery was a little smaller on the note 20 ultra but it worked for me because I'm not a heavy user or game alot.
Another excellent video sir. Unfortunately, that entire S20 series doesn't get mentioned much anymore. It still seems pretty fast compared to a newer mid-range.
I still have my s20. Only minor cracks on the back hidden by my case, front is perfect despite so many drops. Still runs beautifully. Battery is a bit of an issue but i just stopped used 120hz mode and it easily lasts the whole day
I'm still using a Note 9 512gb as my daily and it's great. still get good battery life, last me all day. I dont game, just normal stuff, calls / streaming music / TH-cam / social media. I use the headphone jack almost daily and it's really perfect for me. I love the sensor on the back, that is super useful and Its just reflex at this point with the way I customized it. I would like a note 20 ultra but idk I really feel like the note 9 is the perfect phone for my personal needs but I love everything about the note 20 ultra expect lack of headphone jack. maybe im just getting stuck in the past, idk. great videos MT
I have the s20u s22u and s23u ...the s20u is butter smooth but the cameras need a lot of light to do their work ....in darkness the picture quality rapidly degrades ....and also the display I feel is not as vibrant as the s22u ....also my phone developed green lines immediately following the 5.1 update green lines are a know issue with the s20 series I guess ....other than that the phone is excellent ....the 4x optical telephoto with 48mp sensor is nowhere close to the 5x optical with 50mp on the s24 ...may be it is the post processing and updated sensor technology ....basically raw data suggested to me that they should have been comparable...it could be djes to mumtiple micro scratches that my phone has on the lens ...the 48 mp sensor somehow is not up to the mark in my experience.. this is one of the first Sony sensors that supported pixel binning I think ...anyways overall it is passable ...
Thanks for the review was doing research on this phone and saw your video definitely worth it in 2024 into 25 build quality and overall performance is top-notch you can't even tell it's from 2020 and with the last updates to the camera and software lacks nothing and battery life is amazing not to mention that you can add more memory which for under $70 you can pick up a 1 terabyte micro SD card thank you again
I'm using Samsung s20 for almost 4 years now. Outside the fact that battery life has got worse over time it is still good phone. I think I will wait to see S25 ultra next year.
Note20U remains at a higher $ because it doesn't suffer the same camera focus issues as the S20U, thx to the Laser Focus. in ever other regard the S20U is quite fine.
Rocking my S23+ and very likely wont upgrade for 3 or so more years, not unless something happens to my phone, but then again.. I still have my glorious P30 Pro from before the ban. My beautiful and awesome, much beloved, S10 in that glorious green ( Seriously, Samsung made some pretty iconic looking phones before the S20 and up. I'm one of those weirdo's that like to keep old phones in perfect condition! Even got my old S9 Plus? think thats what is is.. the middle step child of the S9 Series. ) Unfortunately for me, as much as I like my S20 Ultra, it just.. doesn't really pop out for me anymore, it feels abit like my S23+ ..I mean, the S22 and S23 onward do look like, its a very smart and beautifully simplistic design, but.. come on Samsung, be more creative, don't follow Apple into the trap of producing pretty much the same phone year after year! Be like Redmagic who created a BEAST of a gaming phone, with that awesome new front facing camera thats entirely hidden by the screen so no more pinhole's, just pure screen baebae. Or be like Huawei, Hono, Xi! Use unique interesting materials, create unique interesting colors and textures for the back glass! We already know it basically doesn't cost you ANYTHING. ( Yes, the whole process of making the backglass is.. pretty simple and quick, its textured and painted during manufacturing. ) At the very least swing back to the days of the S9 and S10! Give us those beautiful shiny colors! the only pretty color that the S23's an up have are what? that pretty lavender color?
Personally, Id rather have the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra over the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra if given the choice. I love the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra form factor and the fact that they added it to the Samsung Galaxy S Series with the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I think the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra looks a lot better and is way more aesthetically pleasing than the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, plus it has the S Pen which is a revolutionary feature. Both the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra are incredible phones regardless and some of the best phones ever made, however if I had to pick between the two I'd pick the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra because of how much it reminds me of my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra which is the best phone ive ever owned in my life.
Its 2020 and Samsung is very high on drugs $1400 for subpar designed phone and when global lockdown starts they finally got kicked in their balls and wake up back 2 their senses hahahaha I am not sure will the S25 ultra be sold at $1400 again next year now that it is finally justified with the successful foundation of s22 s23 and s24 even s21 to some extent

Going from 30hz-60hz all the way up to 120hz.... You definitely notice
if a phone runs on 30hz it's worthless@@DeathOfUsAll
@@jaywarudo That's a given
@@jaywarudoNot everybody has enough money to get a better phone, it’s a privilege, think from the bigger picture.
@@Namiakaexler But no phone runs on 30hz.
If it does, it'll literally cost as much as a meal.
My grandpa still has this phone, and he absolutely loves it. It's a good phone, even today.

Me too brother, still better than new midrangers with mid processors and macro cameras, with no wireless charging support, with plastic frames..

It was overshadowed by the 21 series in my opinion and the 20FE
Still my daily phone only thing that has aged is the battery other than that it's perfect still.

To make it easy. Note 9 for the jack. S20/Note 20 for media usage. That is my pair of phones i still using for total of more than 10 years. Hahahaha.
Back then people call 120HZ not a necessity. Nowadays if a phone comes with 90HZ they complain. How time has changed
The camera not focusing was the problem, that's why I upgraded, other than that that phone is very good.
I'm still running my s20 with 256g
b with 1tb micro sd added with it 😅😅😅😅

My S20 ultra got line on screen after latest update😢 but love the phone
How can I avoid this?

Hi just wondering if you could do a review on the iphone 12 in 2024 and compare it to phones in the same generation and price bracket like the s21 fe
