Honest question: when talking to a promoter, do you think they’re more likely to see as a pro or a con if she mentions that I’m a gay guy going with her? And it’s the true, I’m just wondering if there’s any kind of prejudice or if they think it’s good to assure that I won’t be competition for the straight guys lol
Haha no need to worry at all - being honest, they don't care if you're straight or gay, they more just care about the ratio of guys to girls. If you have an even ratio you can get in pretty much anywhere for free with a promoter unless it's a super big night

Just a question? Why do you want to find a 'club' promoter? To save money is my besr guess?
I actually might do a video on this - but think of a club promoter as your tour guide for nightlife. They can give you exclusive/free entry, hook you up with deals, and help you make decisions on where to go

Will these tips still work during a big weekend like Memorial Day weekend?
Holiday Weekends (like MDW) are always WAY trickier when it comes to getting on the GL. My best advice is to pick a non-holiday weekend (especially if you have guys with you)

I'll do a video about this - the biggest thing is to make sure you give ZERO money upfront. Usually they can get you in for free, but that's not always possible. For girls, always assume you can get in for free - for guys, you usually can get in, but sometimes you may have to pay a reduced cover

There’s literally a club promoter on every corner on the strip. Aren’t promoters scams anyways?
I can do a video about this - short answer, no. I've been using them for years and literally never had to pay to get into any club
