Mounted Triangle Choke Setups and Finishes

  • The mounted triangle is one of the most dynamic and interesting mount attacks, and a great addition to your mount attack arsenal. In this video, I show some setups and finishing details for several ways of performing this submission.

    I love mount and side control, but sometimes run out of options to attack there as a less-experienced grappler - thanks for the video! Definitely gonna try to implement these going forward

    Can you do a video about the Dagestani Handcuff that was used by Khabib Nurmagomedov and also a video on how to keep the mount in no gi.
