I have ulcerative colitis, and have experienced awful side affects from medication. While researching, it was discovered that boswellia can be a replacement for the meds I was currently taking. It has been about a year, and I have been taking boswellia in tablet form with no side affects. After researching further, the name of frankincense came to mind as it was one of the gifts that the wise men gave to Jesus at his birth. Thank you so much for your wealth of knowledge, and a willingness to help mankind. With so many health problems existing today, I would venture to say maybe you were born for such a time as this.

I take 2 1200 mg pills a day, one at breakfast, one at lunch, and it stopped me from having to have surgery on my back. It has made me feel a decade younger. I am healthier and stronger now. @@gerrygizzygarcia2572 I bet isometric holds would help with that issue. You can build a DIY Isochain and use a Lat Pulldown handle for a cheap way to do it. What happens during those static holds is all of the muscles and tendons will become stronger while no negative impact to the spine or bones. There will also be pain relief and blood flow increase too.
I don't have the same issues so what exercise will work is worth researching.

I was diagnosed with Crohn's desease and suffered 3 years with uncomfortable and constant faecal bleeding after meals. The Dr's Rx was prednisone for inflammation. However, my condition got worst. I prayed to God to guide me and started doing my research for my condition. I came across Boswellia Seratta and took it for 13 weeks. Gradually, my condition started to get better and managed to go back to work on a part-time basis. There are times if I ate something that can upset my abdomen and or I suffered from oxidative / work related stress I have mild bleeding on / off. At present I'm thankful I'm still here to make this feedback to share with you. Lastly, the wind coming from the rear end (exhaust pipe) smelled like a burnt tire. Well, it did not kill me. The doctor advised me to have an operation and carry a colostomy bag prior to taking the Boswellia Serrata.
God was been good to me for making my life anew and well.😍

in rural India especially in south indian family, after bathing a baby, we would dry the baby over a frankincense smoke. This will clear any lung infection, help to dry wet hair and give nice smelling & happy baby. Old medicine in now making a come back in modern world is great

A few years ago I started taking a CBD oil with Frankincense, curcumin, and helicrysium to see if it would help ease the pain I had from Psoriatic Arthritis…And after 2 months I no longer had all day stiffness and the pain was so much better I began being able to come off my pain medication. I can tell you from own personal experience. I have studied herbs since the age of 16 and now it has been over 50 years. I used this particular essential oil when I was dealing with my own condition which you have mentioned. I also used it on my friends skin tags. I tied off the skin tag with a piece of string to shut off the blood supply, and then I applied one drop to the skin tag and slightly at the base as well. I did this three times a day and eventually it fell off! I personally use this in the belly button as well. I had gotten away from using it but now I’m having a knee issue and I’m getting back on it! Thank you for all your research and this is One of the gifts that was given by the kings to that special baby. My own research has shown that Myrrh used with the above enhances the effectiveness of the first mentioned herb. This was also a gift given to that special baby by the kings. I was going through horrible pain in my entire body and unbearable pain in my lower back shooting all the way into right leg.
One evening i cry to God and ask him if i have more life then help me in my pain.
Next morning i went to health & vitimin store ended up spending bunch of money as usual for verity of supplements for pain, while i was shopping a Lady work at this place keep mentioning to me Bosewillia, but i didn't pay attention her coz i was hurting at the time. I took boswellia last year for knee arthritis,it has helped me a lot, but during taken boswellia I had to gave it up due the side effect was gave me strong constipation.
Have hip arthritis from blacking out and falling down some stairs when I passed out from lose of blood. I have hip arthritis for a year I just got this herb hope it heals. But my stomach don't like me swallowing pills. Lol don't know if they will wk if ichew them first

You may want to supplement with magnesium one pill a day at night before sleep after solid food and with plain room temp water. I use Blackmores brand. Boswellia has a certain resin smell... you may not like.
Dr. Mandell I started using boswellia about 3 weeks ago (jul 2, 2024). I had a balance problem, When I walked I would kinda swoop downward from my waist. About 2 weeks later, I noticed I wasn't "drooping" any more!!! I couldn't believe it. I went to physical therapy for about 6 weeks....couldn't walk right. After the boswellia I AM FINE!!! Then I noticed I had osteoarthritis on my left hand thumb, it doesn't hurt anymore!! Also I had on my right pinky toe it was so swollen and red from operations that I had on it. The swelling is going down,, and the redness.....is a light pink!! Thank you sooo much for talking about this boswellia . It has helped so much. Magnets inside horse blankets help. They sell the blankets. I knew a lady that couldn't bend over for 5 years. She had bad fibromyalgia. She raised expensive horses. I just saw this video for the first time. Doc you did an amazing presentation here! I have been taking Superior brand of Boswellia extract 1000 mg (2 caps/2x/day) for a long while now. I found it accidentally by searching the internet for knee arthritis remedies and read peer reviewed articles about the benefits of taking it. I used to take so much Advil but now I just take 2 before bed. I’ve had 2 knee arthroscopies, spinal fusion, and 2 shoulder arthroscopies and 4 foot surgeries. I was thrown out of a car at age 27. My dad passed from colorectal cancer and my mom is a breast cancer survivor for nearly 30 yrs. I will look into your brands next time I need it. I told my ortho surgeon about it and he said he’s a firm believer in if it works take it mentality. Thank you again.

You should use the Sanskrit term for this plant, Shallaki, since it originates from India. Boswell is the first European to classify it. Also, it's not an herb, it's the resin from the bark of the tree.

LOVE BOSWELLIA!!! I've had my family on it for a couple years now & we will not be without this until we're dead & buried! My Anatomy professor talked about it briefly (& the benefits of essential oils), I was curious & went on to deeply research Boswellia- which is FRANKINCENSE RESIN. According to the extensive research, Boswellia reduces asthma by 70% in MOST people! Some more some less. My son has atopic asthma (diag.at 2yrs of age) as do I (I rarely have an issue since growing out of it). I decided to try boswellia to see if it would help his asthma (he was 13). I planned to be home all weekend in case he needed a nebulizer treatment; on a Friday night, I gave him 1 -500mg Boswellia (NOW brand liquid cap) instead of Singulair & no nebulizer treatment before bed. I checked him before I went to bed & he was breathing just fine. I woke up 2x more in the night to check him - again HE WAS FINE!! When he got up in the morning he was still breathing just fine! I have been giving him 1-500mg Boswellia Am/Pm (with food) ever since! He has not taken Singulair (or any asthma drug) since he's been on Boswellia & only uses a nebulizer once in a blue moon, like when he's coming down with a respiratory virus. If he is getting sick or I know he's been exposed, I give him an extra boswellia (right after school)for 4-5 days as it does support the immune system.
Boswellia has strengthened his lungs in general. My son can now run without getting winded & having an asthma attack. My son also had IBS-D & BOSWELLIA CURED that too!!!!!
He has not had a single bout of IBS since he's been on boswellia & he eats whatever he wants! This stuff is such a MIRACLE- in my experience, the powdered resin doesn't seem to work as well. I would, however, try a top-quality brand of powdered resin in a pinch. I had once ordered a common brand online once & ended up throwing them out. THANK YOU DR.MANDELL for sharing this info with the masses=) On a daily basis we take a probiotic, QBC Plex (quercitin, bromelain & C combo), a top-quality Multi(1x a day), vit-D, quality fishoil, magnesium, & astragalus. We eat well & are all super healthy. My mother-in-law takes boswellia with turmeric for her arthritis & swears that it helps. She takes them separately as she's found them combined but with lower dosage & higher price.

I have arthritis in my lower back and hips and suffered from severe inflammation that common Tylenol and Ibuprofen had no effect on my condition. After my second day of taking Boswellia I noticed a big difference in my inflammation which seems to almost disappear and my joint pain decreased to almost nothing. Honestly I did not think It was going to work for me after trying several other medications. Thank you for posting this video. Boswellia has gave me back some quality in my life.

Whe I came across this video (I am a subscriber and HUGE follower o all your videos) I did not know what Boswellia was. So I googled the meaning in one of the Indian languages and lo and behold! We use it everyday in the form of incense sticks and also in the preparation of some dishes. As well as in many Ayurvedic medicines. I am SO SO glad to discovver this - it can help with the outbreaks of psoriasis and joint pains I experience. And to think I always hae some of it in my kitchen cupboard!! Good to see this information broadcast on youtube. Please be aware that the boswellic acid mentioned is NOT occuring in any distilled essential oil. The boswellic acid is in the resin acid of oleo gum which is left behind in the distillation process. Therefore, it is advisable to make your own tincture of the appropriate frankincense types (sacra, papyrifera, serrata and carterii) which actually contain boswellic acids. It is easy to make your tincture with vodka five parts to one part frankincense powder. Let said tincture mature for one month, shaking it every day. Look up Apothecary's Garden for detailed information.
