I feel they're kinda niche, since duck hunt doesn't have many combo routes from jab locks. They look cool though.

I personally use tap jump with DH. I do feel comfortable with it, but do you recommend *not* using it?
I will say, I can't seem to get can to back air using tap jump for edgeguarding just yet :(
It is always adviceable to at least use buttons to do a turnaround bair, try to find some RAR tutorials, there must be plenty around
