It’s crazy how many things didn’t come in base game and I never realize it again until someone does a base game type build. Like I completely forgot the ping pong tables were only from University!

The old men hung out in the bar, quieter drinkers and dogs in the snug and everyone else (including the local Hell's Angels) hung out in the lounge. People wore whatever they wanted (a friend of mine once turned up looking like Looby-Loo from Andy-Pandy) and everyone was just accepted as they were. Our parents warned us never to go there as it was known as "the druggy pub" and it was but it was fun and safe. In the eighties the brewery renovated it and brought in a dress code, there were fights regularly after that and we all moved on elsewhere. xxx
I've downloaded an absolutely stunning savefile, and I can't state enough how much I love the renovations they made to this bar in the file. It might be my favourite lot in the whole game just because of that. That perfect mix of crazy and cosy made me fall in love with it.
The knocked over bin actually adds a lot to the feel of the place!. I'm thinking a great pack combo for Strangerville and Chestnut Ridge would be those 2 plus Werewolf. Lots of dive/western/run down things to play with.
Excellent work, my dear! So many buildings in Strangerville need a revamp. This made me miss your Let's Build the Worlds: Strangerville. I might do a rewatch! ❤

the whole astatic of strangerVille and the lore of it. reminds me so much of the old tv serie Roswell. they also had a bar like that and a rave where everyone dressed up like aliens the whole tv serie was a vibe. totally different what we se today. the only other serie is the vampire diaries it also has their own mystical spin on the whole town. the only thing missing in this town is the retro diner
Incredibly mush better. In places like this, not many roof gatherings. It is 40 -45 degrees with full sun. Garden pots would have to be watered at least twice a day.. Mostly people stay inside with the AC on. If outside, under trellis. But at night, you might look at the stars from the roof. Amazing views with little light pollution.

I don't know, it community lots on platforms - specially this bar - always give me residential lot vibes. So what I an see for this lot is that, a man bought this residential lot with his wife and used the ground floor as bar and the first floor and roof for himself. Once he d!ed his wife and kids all left stangerville and the new owner of the lot turned the whole building into a bar

I’m just in the middle of trying to make one on the big lot in Henford but there’s not much CC I could find and annoyingly they whip out their phones sometimes 😂 when I used to play Sims 2 there was lots of build stuff for mediaeval and fairy stuff too so could make lovely enchanted builds. 😊
I think they should do world refreshes on every single world not done by a game changer after asking game changers to do all the lots like they do for packs.
