Mate I agree with this so much, making yourself a priority and investing into yourself is the best thing one can do.

I agree investing in yourself is the best investment, however I also do think learning how to invest financially is one of the skills you talk about learning and the best way is to start. Its not about 500£ profit but about strategy and consistency you also need to learn new stuff. So this is one of the skills to master aswell, that is going to keep you financially secured, well being. I am so glad I invested and made a lot of money by return. But i dont need that money. Its forever investment to just build wealth to be sure that what do I do I can afford.

If you were to invest £400 per month into a stock that goes up by 10% on average per year and you did this for 10 years you'd have a portfolio of £82,621 (After 20 years it would be £306,279). That is at a minimum a deposit for a house but if you don't spend it, it will also begin to grow more. If the same stock averaged 15% a year instead you'd have £111,463 with a forecast of making £18,327 that year out of pure interest alone. (After 20 years it would be £606,382).
I'm in my 20s, I've been investing for 4 years and have 5 figures, I'm looking ahead to the future and thinking about where I'm going to buy my first home, not bad for someone who earns below the national average yearly wage. I'm still going to the gym and being social with friends.
I don't think you quite understand the power of compounding interest. Saying "If you're not at least making £10,000 a month there is no point putting money aside to invest" couldn't be more wrong.

Best investment will always be in yourself. Personally the best thing I invested in was a simple Bible. The wisdom you get from God is incomparable.

I have a bible, I don’t read it as much as I should. What have you learnt from it?

@@Arronadamson Everything points back to God. Art, philosophy, science, psychology, principles to success, practices and beliefs from other religions, desires, purpose and more. One simple comment cannot justify Gods divinity. Everything you need to know is in there, Just go to God with an open heart. His word will will heal you and correct your heart, break limiting beliefs, break addiction, bro he loves us so much.
      Matthew 7:7-8
Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.
