Hey Jared, Nice batch of crab's dude!! Well I've lost my ability to drive down there to fish and crab. I blew my trucks head gasket. If l get a new truck, I'm grabbing my gear and some bait. ❣
We get the same Crabs in Australia but alot of people put them in the freezer for 10 min to kill them then clean the before cooking. The way you cook with the spices, cleaning them first would add heaps of flavour into the meat when you add the spice.

Man that was a decent haul and some fine looking eating. I like that boil method. From the midwest, we didn't have crabs, had crawdads though. Floridians boil too, but I've a neighbor friend from Maryland, steams crabs and shrimp, won't eat crawdads. Made for a good sit-down with the family, good times!
I always thought you had to clean the crab first,I mean tare the shell take out the lungs and guts,happy to see you just flavor and boil,so you literally eat everything in the Crab?I'm only asking not judging,my Italian GMA always gutted them and put them in sauce id like to know more about this looks amazing,love seeing y'all do this with the kids too,I just found your page,thanks brother

Hey Jared what deck boots do you wear? They look like they’re made of leather in the videos. I go through multiple pairs a year at work and those seem a lot more durable than the plain ol Xtratufs I wear.
Looking down at all those crabs swimming.. Reminds me of hand-lining crabs with bait on a string and netting them. I enjoyed doing that in NJ for blue crabs using mostly-eaten chicken-on-the-bone.
Love them crabs, can't wait till they are really moving. In SWLA we are still dealing with too much rainwater and not enough salinity in the area I fish to do what I am wanting to do. Great video and those crabs looked amazing. God bless and see you on the next one.
