My has been horrible I waited 3 years with no info on a damaged jj watt replacement card. I finally got my replacement in February.
OK, the 1/1 is a little fishy, haha. Apparently, all you have to do in order to get a hold of panini is be a famous youtuber and complain about panini customer service.
Seriously I’ve been calling Customer Service every week for 7 months for my white box, every time they tell me 5 more months.
TEN YEARS I waited for a dual hockey auto redemption…… the cards were live, and I think they gave mine away because they were no longer making hockey cards and just wanted to send ppl something….. it was a $250 card and I got points after ten years……. Yeah, nothing is wrong with this picture AT ALL! 🤦♂️
I wouldn't want points at all. I no longer buy from Panini, I just want the two Baseball rookie auto cards they owe me from late 2020.

They email him what cards they are sending before he even gets them. Would be kind of hard to have a natural response unless he just doesn't read his emails. I get it though.

I have two Baseball autograph rookie cards Panini still owes me from late 2020! They have never responded to me except for once about six months ago and, so far, them getting me my cards is a lie. When I realized in 2021 that I would probably never get my cards, I decided to quit buying any of their products. Just from me, they have lost thousands of dollars due to not fulfilling my redemptions.
Wemby Chet and Miller have been so so good but I still believe in Scoot! I'm rooting for him!

I had a redemption for Lonnie Walker IV Auto Noir, 120 days passed and I get the email. “Keep waiting, points, or replacement.” I chose replacement. I’ll take my chances. It shows up a little while later and my “replacement” was the card the redemption was for! 😂

I tried calling and emailing Panini with no luck contacting them so I went by the Irving, Texas office about a year ago. I'm not sure if they only do it on Memorial day or all holidays but I exchanged all my redemptions for whatever I wanted.

I actually have 18' & 19' redemption cards I'm not sure WTH to do with.
I hear they no longer take expired redemptions, but other TH-camrs have gotten cards/packs for theirs & they certainly aren't supposed to show favoritism as we all pay the same for boxes, buy everyone knows they do.
I guess if they won't do anything I should have a big TH-camr send mine in. 😅
Definitely a mixed bag for you but without knowing what all these replace you'd have to tell us if it was a fair deal.

Have about a .100 average dealing with Panini atm. It used to be a lot easier, would routinely get replacements for damaged cards etc.
You’re such a big influencer on the hobby. Panini watches and knows that your opinion carries a ton of weight. That Bane White Box proves it.

My experience in the last year was receiving an NT Dame on card auto in replacement of a mosaic insert auto. It did take some persistence and it is about getting the right person on the line too I think.
In this game you have like an 830-credit score and when my Panini pack arrives it is like my credit score is in the low 400's...lol much respect Packman
Definitely wouldn't consider Mahomes and Hurts a carbon copy, maybe some similarities but for sure not carbon copy. Great videos Packman
