Hi Harvey, If I recall correctly he said something along of the lines of it wasn't a very professional sounding as it doesn't have a word builder considering the price of Requiem Pro... Hence you saw my response. I have EWQL Symphonic Choirs Pro XP in addition to Requiem Lite, and personally I think Req sounds a lot more realistic and is less buggy and far easier to use especially with the word builder. If you have time take a listen to a couple of my tracks to hear the difference. :)
Dude they already have something going, do you understand what type of feat it would be to incorporate a fully operational word builder with this VST. Would cost more than an arm and a leg on the user end
I've just bought this, Black Friday 2019, and I cannot for the life of me find the phrase builder alluded to here. Is it me? Or have you 'upgraded' it to not have a phrase builder? The manual doesn't mention it (it doesn't mention much, tbh). Still, it sounds pretty amazing as I try to find my way around.
@@TommyVarekai Well, they don't make it easy, do they? Buried at the bottom of the product page! I appreciate the tip, Tommy. I still don't see why it can't just come with the original download already included...but at least I have it. Cheers.
Robert Wisden thanks, i downloaded all the files seperate only to mess it up somehow during the extraction process and had 3500 samples missing, then i discovered they had a downloader which could do the process for me. So 5 australian internet hours later I managed to download it (then locate the phrase feature) great quality, just made it difficult for me
They had a one time offer once which used Fray bentos pies in a tin as currency ....nice library ...there site is worth checking out. Soulful Trumpet is ace 👍
does this have all Latin phrases from requiem? or just a few Latin phrases for instance, could you do all of Mozart requiem using the phrases here? seems like things are missing/unable to be formed with the sequencer, please get back to me, I don't own any 8dio stuff but man, a complete vocal library(like EQWL) would make me ditch literally all my ewql stuff and start collecting 8dio even if just for the engine. but as it stands, ewql can actually make any syllable, just takes a lot of tweaking to get a natural sound
@@lisachaly Same problem. My bet is 8Dio scrapped it in an 'update'. I'm a bit choked, actually, as that was a major reason I bought it. Dammit, 8dio! I want to love you but you make it difficult!
@@Rob-Wright thank you so much Rob, same problem for me.....where exactly ? I'm in the page of the product but I don't find it , thanks a lot in advance
yep. me too. just started to record with symphonic choirs and not even a fraction of the way through before i decided i'm getting this and throwing ewsc in the trash.

What do you recommend? Requiem Light or Requiem Professional?
Nice!! Do you recommend Olympus Symphonic Choir? EW Symphonic Choirs? or this one? (Requiem Pro)
I can't find the phrase builder, someone help me please
Amazing
how do you change the XF switch?
the manual doens't say how
You use the green keyswitches in the upper register.
Im confused. So are the singers speaking in latin syllables/ prefixes/ suffixes?
Anyone know how to tempo sync the solo singers like how the lite version has? I just bought the pro but I can’t figure out how to do that
I can't find the phrase builder patch . Where can I find it?
Same here, hopefully someone will answer this question soon

It’s available as a separate patch on the product page on the 8dio website. I know, not that well signposted...
