Swarnendu Mandal - Sarod - Raga Kedara and Chaya

- The talented and gifted Swarnendu Mandal (20) initiated his trained under Shri Pranab Naha in 2010. He then joined the ITC Sangeet Research Academy in 2013 under the guidance of the illustrious sarod master Pandit Buddhadev Das Gupta. He is currently learning from Abir Hossain and presently Swarnendu is regarded amongst the brightest hopes amongst the young generation of sarod players. Academically, Swarnendu is studying for a degree in Geology from the University of Jadavpur.
In this performance for Takiya Online at Day2 of the Honhaar Festival, on 26th September 2020 Swarnendu has performed raags Kedara and Chayya.
