    반죽분리 걱정말라고 하는거 베이킹러버들한테 진짜 힘이되는 말씀입니다!💪 분리되면 큰일 나는 것 처럼하도 말이 많아서 내가 맨날 분리된걸 만들었나 했는데 올패님 레시피로 하면 뭘하던 일단 맛은 보장 됩니다. 분리 걱정말고 초보분들도 무조건 차근차근 시작해보세용❤

    크리스마스에 특별한 베이킹하고싶었는데 너무 감사합니다 제 취향과 다르게 아이들은 너무 강한맛을 싫어하는데 이건 부드러우면서도 깊은맛이 날것같네요 아기키우시면서 업댓도 자주 해주시고..감사드리고 따뜻하고 행복한 연말되세요♡

    A beautiful Christmas cake. I make the dark version with molasses and soak the fruit in cognac. It takes about 3 months to be ready, but I like your version for something quick and simple to make that can be eaten right away. Thank you for all of your work.     오늘 티라미수를 만들었는데 왜… 크림이 투게더 아이스크림 녹인거 같은 질감일까요?? ㅠㅠ
    크림이 아니라 물이에요 ㅠㅠ
    공정 제대로 따라한듯한데… 맛도 너무 좋은게… 모든게 완벽한데 크림이 아니라 물이라 마시고 있어요 ㅠㅠ

    집에 요거트가 많이 남았는데 럼이랑 건과일도 크랜베리밖에 없는데 그냥 피칸이랑 크랜베리 아몬드 넣고 만들어도되나요??

    슈톨렌 만들라고 2년숙성된 건과일이 엄청 많아서 다시 사기엔 부담인데 이런경우 과일양 줄여서 만들어도 안되는부분일까요 😂

      재료x0.7 해 주시고 온도는 컨벡션 기준으로 동일하고 시간은 40분쯤 꼬챙이테스트 해 보세요~!

      너무 띡한 요거트보다는 조금 묽은게 더 부드럽게 나와요! 사워크림은 가능해요. 만약 없으시면 차라리 생크림 60g이요!
