Its an Image Generator, not an Upscaler. If you input higher quality images only for enlargement all the fine details are washed away, and Photoshop actually does this easily without dropping all the details., because it does not scale it generates, and thus is limited to the model that is used for it and can dramatically alter the original image.
Not said this is bad, its actually pretty useful, but to sell it as an upscaler like you do with one single stock photo example is lazy. As far as i can tell the model used it likely trained with such pictures and so if will do well in that range, but after some tests i can say it sucks with other motives.

it with water mark or to upgrade means to pay for their plans

I tried using this site but whenever I click save the pop up message appears stating “Times of downloading HD images without watermarks are used up. Please upgrade to download or download HD images with watermarks directly.” It’s giving me two options like upgrade and download HD image with watermark. I don’t know if I should press upgrade. 🤷🏻‍♀️
