  • Apps like OmniFocus and Things are great, but you shouldn't automatically dismiss the new all-in-one tools like Obsidian, Notion, or Tana.

Context is important for many things. Good point!

This is reason I’ve switched my system to Tana recently and am finding it super helpful so far. I think that you need the right ‘everything’ app though, as Roam style apps (imo) don’t do tasks well and I find Notion doesn’t handle zettlekasten type linked info very well. Tana, so far, seems to handle both tasks and info super well though

Absolutely! I'm loving Tana and the fact that I can combine both tasks and notes into it. Sure, a dedicated task manager may be more feature complete - but Tana is more useful for me.

Workflowy logra el mismo resultado de Tana, sin tener que destinar tanto tiempo a organizar o crear un flujo de trabajo

I haven't used Workflowy extensively, but Tana definitely borrows a lot of Workflowy's great ideas. In my opinion it expands on them though and is more useful for me.
