Professionally explained in detail so as to accomplish this work on my coin mechanism. I enjoyed it immensely and will save it for future use. Thank you for sharing.!!

I have several mechanical coin mechanisms designed for both token and US quarters. This video nicely explains how the system works. Thank you for job well done. However, the biggest problem I have is cradle falling off from its shaft due to loss of retainer clip. This mostly happens in mechanisms designed for both token and quarter I have replaced 9 of them in 6-7 months. I guess it is due to weak retainer clip. Appreciate comments from others who have similar experience.
I know this is a few years old but is There a way to keep the mechanism close enough to the base after a wipe, every time I sip I need to open it up and push it closer or else it won’t accept the coin and it will fall right through
I have a very similar coin acceptor suitable for $0.25 that I use on my arcade cabinet. I bought some tokens that are compatible and I'm happy with them, but when I decided to buy other tokens because I had too few, I found myself with tokens that don't go down towards the switch, but either go to the ejector or stop immediately after the crib. They are 24mmx1.18mm but they give me problems... if I were to remove the cradle would it become free fall?
Fantastic video. Very informative, especially when it comes to understanding how and why the separator works. I noticed though that the middle adjustment on the back of the mech is removed from yours in the video. I have a couple dozen of your mechs, mostly old original mechs, and am wondering if I can safely remove this middle adjustment since it appears to have been removed on newer versions.
I have one of these and the lockout coil is vibrating against it; it is making a loud buzzing sound. Is there any way to adjust it to make the sound go away?
COIN MECHANISMS INC, --> can you make a video showing what are the "common problems" and how to fix the pinball game & arcade games coin mechanism assembly because it has a bunch of mechanical parts and links. ------>I'm not sure what are the common failures and how to fix coin mechanism for pinball games or arcade games
I need more information, what kind of unit do you currently have? What are you trying to change to. Most of the machanical units only accept one coin. Is it a electric machine or all machanical. I do not know what a candy express is.
A very interesting video, but I'll never understand why producers of educational videos think that loud music helps with the clarity of the topic being explained.

Is it true once you remove the magnet then itll accept the Canadian quarter. Right? If thats true, how can I remove the magnet?

Greetings and all the best to you!

ok, I got a dumb question. Can I make a Pachislo machine take quaters?
How would you set this to accept Canadian coins?
How do I adjust it to accept coins? They all just stop at the top. Theres a screw to turn somewhere but no idea which one?
You might try changing the white noise selection in the BG to something a little less disturbing.

Is it a electric machine or all machanical.
I do not know what a candy express is.

Could do without the music. It is very distracting.
