I have an old Worm Inn Mega I set up a few months ago in the wooden stand I had built for it using Bentley's instructions about 10-15 years ago. The screen top is ripped up from a cat who liked to lay on it. Anyway, I was wondering if you think your Vermibag Max would fit into that stand. While I like the Mega, it's hard to keep moisture in it, especially in a basement with a dehumidifier running near by.
Hi Tom, I made your cardboard, paper bedding you recorded 3yrs ago.. Stored to mature, had too much mositure, it stinks. How can I fix it ? or do I start again. Would appreciate your advice thank you
I would dump it into a mortar try and spread it out for it v=can dry ….add more shredded paper to it to get the moisture down…once it’s drier..you can go ahead and use it….it won’t hurt the worms to use it as is…but the stink will get on your hands….so just dry it out a little and add more paper.
I used 1/2 " rebar for my Mammoth corners and middles. Skipped the casters. Invent it yourself, for your place, that's part of the fun! The Good Lord knows what I'm doing now. working stiff, probably.
Brilliant! I hope to graduate up to one of your vermibags in the future.

The max won’t fit in the stand..it’s too big….but the mini fits almost perfectly……
