Rnb is dying as a genre. As DJs we just find nothing to build a dope consistent set with. Every rnb act sounds like they produced their track with Arcade so it sounds generic and without life, boring and not memorable. Big name acts can get away with it but everyone else will have easily forgettable songs. That is why Afrobeats kicked rnb out of the way. The music has turned into something we don't recognise anymore. It sounds like it was made by someone else... not us...
