Where can I find the beat to write to?
*Pro-Tips* - For pro sounding R&B beats learn the following: Secondary Dominants | Diminished Subs | Tritone Subs | 2-5-1 | Minor 4th Sub | and borrowing chords from the parallel scale.
Whats a sub ?
Sub = “Substitution.” The 5 (5th degree of the scale) to 1 (1st degree of the scale) is a very important movement in any chord progression. The 5th is also the dominant chord of any scale. For example, in the key of C_Major: C(1)D(2)E(3)F(4)G(5)A(6)B(7) the G is the dominant chord that wants to resolve to the C.

I don’t even know where to start when it comes to making my own Melodie’s. Do I learn theory on piano first or learn to click in fl studio? And what should I do to learn?
Theory is amazing and very useful! But it can be a bit overwhelming when starting. I would say watch a bunch of producer melody tutorials and then take a day or 2 out the week to learn theory on the side! There are a bunch of free tutorials and even courses on TH-cam

No non-POC guy like this can teach me anything about R&B nor RNB. He's too much of a Zilennial to understand. The last non-POC Juice-race guy that can produce is Scott Storch, and even he was borderline-rejectable when it came to his disposition in "the Culture".
