Triathlon Meet 2022

Come with me to my yearly triathlon meet, I'll show you guys how I prep for these meets, what I eat before or after the meets and what i do during the meet. I know the video is very choppy and not the best quality but I kinda depended on my parents to help film this and following 2 kids (me and my brother) around a triathlon course at the same time is not easy so props to them for getting this lot of videos.
