A few thoughts/quotes that may help someone:
1- Bring gratitude in your life
2- We suffer more in our imagination than in reality
    3- Meditate
4- Stop comparing yourself to others.

It's also not everyone's dream to be a PM, president, etc. Some wish to just live a happy life by doing a small business or job. Some wish to become a billionaire. Please don't mind. Thanks!

1st question: absolutely true, it’s childhood emotional neglect and not getting emotional validation from parents that we crave emotional bond with anyone we get close to. Just to fill this void because of our unmet needs from our childhood. Once we heal our childhood wounds, we get over it. Yes, he will need therapy.

  • @khansa4309

Last question: Absence is the highest form of presence. To me, it feels that your dad's absence in your life is the biggest void that you couldn't fill, despite your mom being there. I have felt the same, even though both of my parents are in my life. It is kind of an ambiguous loss...Someone you haven't met, but you feel the lost and disadvantage of their absence. I am sorry you are going through this, and hope that you become a man you hoped to become, if you had a father figure in your life.

To the last question, I'd recommend listening to Jordan Peterson's lectures. He also has a book called 12 rules for life which has very practical life advice. Initially listening to him can be a bit boring and difficult because he uses difficult words and is very articulate, but keep listening and with practice you should be able to understand what hes saying. Hope this helps

4th question I can relate as 4 siblings growing up without father (I never got to even see mine passed away before I was born). Used to lie about father right till university due to our toxic society and people who think paisa kahan se aa raha hai phir. My soil mechanics teacher and brigadier dean of NUST university in my bachelors of civil engineering asked me this in my viva that where is money coming from. Our society is not conducive to females or orphans. Unless one is extremely resilient one cannot survive. You have to be mentally so strong that no matter what threat or hard times comes you have to stand tall and take it learning from process and moving on because you dont have a sugar daddy to fall back on waiting in Pakistan

The guy in question 3 needs to be move. Nothing is forever. Wahi baat agayi love is not about having empathy or pitty love. Your lover should be passionate just like you are for him/her. Ziada nhin you atleast barabar ho. I used to like my best friend and I never shared my feelings with him because I know that person has no feeling for me beside respect. I moved on and alhumdulilah I thankful to Allah that I moved on because what I have now is much much better than him. He has his own respect in my life but where I am now, I am more thank enough to Allah.

Try something, think of something that you cannot do that takes minimal effort to do, something like rubix cube that you can learn in 2, 3 hours if you follow TH-cam tutorial. In the end when you will achieve that goal, believe me you will be confident in you own self.(i hope that this will help you.)
