True test is to just find someone with Stalingrad and find out. What do you want to test on them??? Stalingrad has main guns that are brutal at 305mm with improved pen angles and pin point accuracy. I have never had a Puerto Rico beat me on Stalingrad. 😆

-tirpitz does not have 490mm of protection, its protection is 315mm at water height, and if citadel it is only 45mm (I will not count the mythical "turttleback armor", because as tirpitz has a smaller draft than bismarck, the turrtleback armor is more higher than it should and does not always protect it, that is the reason why on occasions the premium receives more hits in the citadel than its sister ship. -zietten is more accurate than tirpitz, and reloads his guns much faster (tirpitz's 26s vs zietten's 22.5s... obviously his brilliant results will differ "just a little" from reality). -zietten has less HP than tirpitz, which will always leave him at a disadvantage, but in compensation, the battlecruiser has much better concealment than the battleship, so he has the advantage of spotting his enemy earlier and deciding whether to go into battle, and what distance do you want to fight. -the "excellent" tirpitz torpedoes are useless if you have to approach 6km, with a detection of 15km stock (13.2 full), instead zietten has a detection (with all the improvements) of only 11.4km, and his torpedoes are 12km...so he can launch the torpedoes, turn and start shooting while running away and guide his enemy to said torpedoes (which since they are slow, they don't arrive quickly and many players are confident that "they don't I launch them" and they chase the battlecruiser). - in case of a 1vs1 at very close range, zietten has "hydroacoustic search" and tirpitz does not, so the battlecruiser will see and can anticipate the torpedoes, while tirpitz can only rely on the experience of the player using it... that is the reason that dorpitz ends up being sunk by torpedoes more times than other german battleships, because if there is a DD in the area and there is more than 1 enemy watching him, he will be able to launch torpedoes at him in a hidden way and if the tirp player is not cautious... you will end up subscribed to the "Warships Geographic channel" watching a whole marathon of "the mysteries of the underwater world".

the animations are great, it's clear that a lot of work has been put into making these episodes but I just hope that the technical aspects can match the artwork
zietan relies a bit more on her secondaries with only 6 main guns and accurate secondaries, while tirpitz is slightly more balaced with 8 guns and less secondary accuracy.. If you really want a armor dd, try khabarovsk

Overall the Tirpitz was better, but had the Bismarck not been destroyed, same modifications would have been made to him, and the two ships would be roughly equal.
@@b-17gflyingfortress6 that's not a vary good comparison because Vermont is a tir 10 and Tirpitz is tir 8. A good comparison would be Montana vs Vermont. Tir 10 has more mods and upgrades to choose from including a UU where tir 8 ships don't have access to some mods and a UU. This fight works because it 2 ships of the same nation at the same tir being compared.
The shots at range should really be at least samples of three shots/salvos to account for the variation in damage. You had a case where the damage at 10 miles was lower than both 5 miles and 15 miles.
Don't understand why the torp test is a draw, don't think anyone would take Tirpitz' 6km Torps over Zietens 12 in any scenario, especially since they deal more damage on top of all things.
The 6km torps are faster. So in a close range brawl, which the torpedoes are intended for, you are more likely to land your torps from Torpitz. However, if you are just throwing them out to stifle a push or try and get lucky hits, obviously the 12km torps are better for the range. You also have careful not to give up alot of broadside throwing them because that is the most common thing I see is ships with torpedoes allowing themselves to be smashed so they can throw out the torps.
My questions. 1 how did they get it so guns fire 1 gun at a time not 1 turret at a time ? 2 why is there no dispersion or rng.?? This really isn't a good test

Tirpitz firing full salvo at a standing still target only 5km away. Gets 3 hits. I died a bit inside.

The reason why Zieten can't citadel Tirpitz is because of her turtleback armor, which makes Tirpitz almost impossible to citadel.
