The rooms shifting/changing and the way the story telling is written and handled feel very much inspired by the horror game Layers of Fear. The gramophone scene especially sold it to me that the creators took notes from the first game of Layers of Fear. A mentally distrubed artist, a tragic family accident, an artist rejected from job opportunities for their art being too disturbing for children's content, and a little girl are the main things they seem to have in common storywise. I just thought it was a likely and an interesting comparison and possible inspiration.
I just started to listen the audio logs for Dark Revival and found something big related to Riley: Steve McCregor mentions a girl with blonde locks following Allen Gray from Gent, referring her as the secretary. The family portrait here shows she has blonde hair and locks. The secretary Steve talks about must have been Riley

And we also have bendy: the silent city. (While that’s probably low priority, still good to look out for) and more! Bendy may end its main series but that doesn’t mean it will be the end of bendy.

I also don’t think that Bendy in Nightmare Run is part of the story anymore, since the game was discontinued. I’m pretty sure that the car monster we see is not Gaskette, but Blood-Wheel who was mentioned in the song. I think the devs just recycled Gaskette’s design to use for her. I also want to acknowledge the possibility that Riley’s parents could have been killed in a hit and run instead of a traffic accident, given the fact that there doesn’t seem to be any implication of a car that the parents were in and the song refers to stepping out into the road. Joey Drew Studios is also located in New York City, and it seems to be a bit of a joke that NYC cab drivers (the car is specifically a taxi) aren’t known for stopping or slowing for pedestrians.

Now in the last game they tried to make a brand new mascot character to replace bendy. It failed, but his design went back into the ink. Guffie looks inspired from popeye, for some reason he kinda reminds me of wimpy. So I wonder if the failed attempt to change the mascot of the universe, and with the new design added into the ink. That the world of bendy of the ink machine can incorporate new designs with each reset, meaning that it has the potential to evolve.

That in this game when we hear the car crash and we see blood appear on the painting. We realize that it's blood so fast even if we could figure out that the parents died, is because blood is red. Red came out of the ink painting.
This is a long stretch but what if Riley is Henry’s daughter, we know that the Henry in bendy and the ink machine and bendy and the dark revival is a ink variant made by Joey so what if the real henry and his wife Linda had a child but at some point died in a car accident.
Honestly I wouldn’t be shocked. It reminds me of Resident Evil 7/8 where the daughter also has the powers. But honestly, to me it sounds like this one character has two different personalities that may have split due to the ink. So it’s you vs your other half and not a sister. Idk.

Didn't realized that the taxi car that chased us down was called Bloodwheel. After listening to the creepy lullaby, for a moment I thought that maybe Riley may have ended up becoming Bloodwheel if Gent had subjected her to their experiments. But if she's to become the new villain, I guess it would make sense that they would be more monstrous ink creatures that we will see in Bendy 3. Also the fact that now Bendy/Ink Demon isn't in the machine, Gent would quickly take his place to take control of the ink world just like Wilson but seeing how Audrey and Bendy were able to get out of the ink machine, I believe that would be their goal. To use the ink world to create and test their experiment for their attempt to bring them to life.
Now I'm really starting to think Riley the one who made those morbid inky creatures that Henry will fight in the bendy the ink machine cage the one with a human skull red eyes
I do have a theory that when Riley went to go work a gent clicking on the ink well is probably symbolic of Riley turning into the taxi being gents first experiment and also when human characters get attached to cartoon characters love or hate they end up becoming the same take susie cambel and Alice angle for example
The car accident is one thing I had in mind. If this is a real car crash that Riley’s parents passing, then this story is true. Or perhaps I would think that they died from a hit and run while the suspect is nowhere to be found. Trauma which she only see the car, not the driver.

Riley expressing her grief and venting through her art is actually healthy, even if disturbing and sad. Its all of her bad feelings on paper, when she only ever got people trying to get her to stop it was like being told no one wanted to deal with her pain, that her pain was horrific, and it only made her worse. The creation of BloodWheel and her nursery rhyme was her mental brake down on paper. I wonder if she is either the new villain in the third game, or if GENT turned her into BloodWheel

I'm surprised no-one has picked up on the fact that the building is called "the drawing board." What's interesting about that is the fact that there's an old saying that some people use when plans go awry - "Back to the drawing board." This implies the whole building and everything in it represents things that did not go according to plan and we are experiencing them, perhaps in a vision or dream-like sequence, coagulated and combined into this ever evolving entity that changes whenever something goes wrong. We are literally going 'back to the drawing board' each and every time.

I have a theory, so I think all the bad characters in Bendy In Nightmare Run like Chester, Gaskette, Canoodle and Dewey represent the struggles and challenges Riley had to go through ever since her Parents died in the car accident Chester: Riley being fired from Joey Drew Studios and not being able to make Money Gaskette: Riley’s Parents dying in the Car accident Canoodle: Riley not being able to buy Food or Support herself since her Parents died Dewey: Riley’s Dark path in Gent and being Part of their Evil ink based experiments

My theory is Riley was part of creating the Ink Machine and used a bunch of shadey methods to make it so that it could bring back her parents, but part of her trauma, despair and her horrifying drawings seeped into the inky world and the machine, and a lot of the time, and some of the creations became monsters.
I love the art style of this game. It’s got the simpler, more cartoony feel of the first game, but with the air of the second. I think it’s the best they’ve done so far.
I have an idea that for a future game, the ink demon should become a dad (both as a foil to joey and Audrey and as a way to explore his more sensitive sides). The Idea is that 6 kids with tragic backgrounds (at the age range of 9-14) found their way into the cycle and ended up In a dying state. The ink demon found them and intended to make them other pawns for him to use, so he rescued them from dying by taking their souls and giving them ink Bodies with powers based on their characteristics. However, along the way they sort of started to grow on him And he started to see them as more than pawns and as people who are really important to him. This is because never really feared him and saw him as a benevolent figure who was there for them when no one else could (think of it like a more demented version of despicable me). Each kid is named after a classic cartoon character of sorts with their ink forms mostly based on modern human kids cartoon characters. There are three boys and three girls in total, each with their own set of powers, skills and personalities. The kids are lulu (named after little lulu and her ink form has an appearance reminiscent of Luke Pearson's Hilda), olive (named after olive oyl and her ink form has an appearance reminiscent of thomas austruc's Marinette), Felix (named after Felix the cat and his ink form has an appearance reminiscent of Patrick McHale's wirt), Wednesday (named after Wednesday Addams and her ink form has an appearance reminiscent of Dana terrace's Luz Noceda), Annie (named after Little Orphant Annie her ink form has an appearance reminiscent of Owen Denis's Tulip Olsen and Julia Vickerman's Reggie Abbott) and Casper (named after Casper the friendly Ghost and his ink form has an appearance reminiscent of innocence boy characters like Enrico Casarosa's Jesse Andrews' and Simon Stephenson's Luca paguro and Carl Harvey Greenblatt's Harvey beaks).
Finally, a villain that sees the power of the ink to make the world "much better"! I hope we get more lore about this because so far the ink is just "there" and has no real "origins". Maybe they did voodoo on it? That would be nice to see instead of reusing Lovecraftian tropes. I'm jaded from them. *brakes squeal

I'm beginning to wonder if the mysterious ink in the ink machine is as volatile as the "mood slime" from Ghostbuster 2. As evident from the past two main titles and the possibly in "The Cage", souls with a strong negative emotion usually ends up twisted and distorted, while those that are generally good-natured are relatively ok. However, it really is difficult to gauge this idea without truly knowing who's a trap soul or who's just a copy of someone. As for Bendy himself, who is created without a soul, who knows what vibes he felt when he first awoken.

Now in the last game they tried to make a brand new mascot character to replace bendy. It failed, but his design went back into the ink. Guffie looks inspired from popeye, for some reason he kinda reminds me of wimpy. So I wonder if the failed attempt to change the mascot of the universe, and with the new design added into the ink. That the world of bendy of the ink machine can incorporate new designs with each reset, meaning that it has the potential to evolve.

@jerboe9346 actually I just realized since you said it flew over everyone's head that color was introduce last game. That in this game when we hear the car crash and we see blood appear on the painting. We realize that it's blood so fast even if we could figure out that the parents died, is because blood is red. Red came out of the ink painting.

This is a long stretch but what if Riley is Henry’s daughter, we know that the Henry in bendy and the ink machine and bendy and the dark revival is a ink variant made by Joey so what if the real henry and his wife Linda had a child but at some point died in a car accident.
Honestly I wouldn’t be shocked. It reminds me of Resident Evil 7/8 where the daughter also has the powers. But honestly, to me it sounds like this one character has two different personalities that may have split due to the ink. So it’s you vs your other half and not a sister. Idk.
I was thinking that too. If Riley didn’t get Henry’s last name Stein, maybe she was adopted by her mother’s side, so her name is changed to Wells.

Didn't realized that the taxi car that chased us down was called Bloodwheel. After listening to the creepy lullaby, for a moment I thought that maybe Riley may have ended up becoming Bloodwheel if Gent had subjected her to their experiments.
But if she's to become the new villain, I guess it would make sense that they would be more monstrous ink creatures that we will see in Bendy 3. Also the fact that now Bendy/Ink Demon isn't in the machine, Gent would quickly take his place to take control of the ink world just like Wilson but seeing how Audrey and Bendy were able to get out of the ink machine, I believe that would be their goal. To use the ink world to create and test their experiment for their attempt to bring them to life.

I do have a theory that when Riley went to go work a gent clicking on the ink well is probably symbolic of Riley turning into the taxi being gents first experiment and also when human characters get attached to cartoon characters love or hate they end up becoming the same take susie cambel and Alice angle for example

The car accident is one thing I had in mind. If this is a real car crash that Riley’s parents passing, then this story is true. Or perhaps I would think that they died from a hit and run while the suspect is nowhere to be found. Trauma which she only see the car, not the driver.

This game and The Silent City might prove that my theory of another "Prototype" Ink Machine in the hands of Gent did exist at some point in the timeline... Which begs the question, what actually happened with Gent corporation? Why did they go bankrupt? How many iterations of the Cycle we're even created? Why the ink demon Is so powerfull in the first place? How did Gent created those items that we use during the game? Why there's so many unused characters in the studio? How did they even created The Machine? Because we know for a fact that they did "Something bad" to create the "evil Machine" ANd if the souls of the workers isn't the thing that fuels the machine? then what Is it? If it isn't Henry to blame nor Joey... then Who'se fault Is it? Who'se mother****** fault Is it?

Riley expressing her grief and venting through her art is actually healthy, even if disturbing and sad. Its all of her bad feelings on paper, when she only ever got people trying to get her to stop it was like being told no one wanted to deal with her pain, that her pain was horrific, and it only made her worse.
The creation of BloodWheel and her nursery rhyme was her mental brake down on paper. I wonder if she is either the new villain in the third game, or if GENT turned her into BloodWheel

I'm surprised no-one has picked up on the fact that the building is called "the drawing board." What's interesting about that is the fact that there's an old saying that some people use when plans go awry - "Back to the drawing board."
This implies the whole building and everything in it represents things that did not go according to plan and we are experiencing them, perhaps in a vision or dream-like sequence, coagulated and combined into this ever evolving entity that changes whenever something goes wrong. We are literally going 'back to the drawing board' each and every time.

What if “Throne” refers to Riley becoming the new owner of Gent, over*throning* the previous owner. It would make sense, as she would steal the ink machine from Joey Drew Studios out of spite of being fired, and then would use Joey Drew’s very creations and turn them into horrific monsters, aswell as conducting the experiments herself. What if this child is not only an employee of Gent, what if she IS Gent? Only time well tell

I have a theory, so I think all the bad characters in Bendy In Nightmare Run like Chester, Gaskette, Canoodle and Dewey represent the struggles and challenges Riley had to go through ever since her Parents died in the car accident
Chester: Riley being fired from Joey Drew Studios and not being able to make Money
Gaskette: Riley’s Parents dying in the Car accident
Canoodle: Riley not being able to buy Food or Support herself since her Parents died
Dewey: Riley’s Dark path in Gent and being Part of their Evil ink based experiments

I wonder if Riley knew about Audrey, how she was a human born of the ink, looking totally normal, and her motive now is to bring her parents back to life through the ink and Gent
My theory is Riley was part of creating the Ink Machine and used a bunch of shadey methods to make it so that it could bring back her parents, but part of her trauma, despair and her horrifying drawings seeped into the inky world and the machine, and a lot of the time, and some of the creations became monsters.
I love the art style of this game. It’s got the simpler, more cartoony feel of the first game, but with the air of the second. I think it’s the best they’ve done so far.

I have an idea that for a future game, the ink demon should become a dad (both as a foil to joey and Audrey and as a way to explore his more sensitive sides). The Idea is that 6 kids with tragic backgrounds (at the age range of 9-14) found their way into the cycle and ended up In a dying state. The ink demon found them and intended to make them other pawns for him to use, so he rescued them from dying by taking their souls and giving them ink Bodies with powers based on their characteristics. However, along the way they sort of started to grow on him And he started to see them as more than pawns and as people who are really important to him. This is because never really feared him and saw him as a benevolent figure who was there for them when no one else could (think of it like a more demented version of despicable me). Each kid is named after a classic cartoon character of sorts with their ink forms mostly based on modern human kids cartoon characters. There are three boys and three girls in total, each with their own set of powers, skills and personalities. The kids are lulu (named after little lulu and her ink form has an appearance reminiscent of Luke Pearson's Hilda), olive (named after olive oyl and her ink form has an appearance reminiscent of thomas austruc's Marinette), Felix (named after Felix the cat and his ink form has an appearance reminiscent of Patrick McHale's wirt), Wednesday (named after Wednesday Addams and her ink form has an appearance reminiscent of Dana terrace's Luz Noceda), Annie (named after Little Orphant Annie her ink form has an appearance reminiscent of Owen Denis's Tulip Olsen and Julia Vickerman's Reggie Abbott) and Casper (named after Casper the friendly Ghost and his ink form has an appearance reminiscent of innocence boy characters like Enrico Casarosa's Jesse Andrews' and Simon Stephenson's Luca paguro and Carl Harvey Greenblatt's Harvey beaks).

I'm beginning to wonder if the mysterious ink in the ink machine is as volatile as the "mood slime" from Ghostbuster 2. As evident from the past two main titles and the possibly in "The Cage", souls with a strong negative emotion usually ends up twisted and distorted, while those that are generally good-natured are relatively ok. However, it really is difficult to gauge this idea without truly knowing who's a trap soul or who's just a copy of someone. As for Bendy himself, who is created without a soul, who knows what vibes he felt when he first awoken.
No mention of the greatest detail revealed so far: Bendy's dance moves.
