V well explain sir, small request sir ,kindly one separate video for iso9001:2015 vs iatf 16949 class difference .Still now I have big confusion in this clauses
Dear sir, If a company produces product which has 10 manufacturing stages or processes Sir If I want to revise the control plan for one of the station to update process or product parameter Then do I need to give new revision for control plan and sop of all Stations or only CP and SOP of particular station What is the standard practice usually Kindly let me know sir 🙏
Hi Dhanunjaya shetty, control plan includes all processes from receiving to dispatch. So, if any update is done in any process, the control plan revision history should be updated to know about the changes done. It is the regular practice
dear sir i have some doubt on the process characteristic you have said on the temperature ,pressure is the process characteristic but i seen some of the control plan mentioned in visual ,machine setting ,manual and some other thing which one is correct please explain it
Hi vinoth, process characteristics means the parameter which controls / decides the process output are called as process parameters. Others are not process characteristics.
Dear sir I have some doubt 1) what is mean by contol copy & advanced copy in 2D drawing? 2) what is mean by Draft copy in 2D drawings ? 3) what is stack up tolerance ?
1) Advance copy means releasing without official declaration and controlled copy means releasing officially. 2) Draft copy is a rough drawing and may update / change in future 3) Stack up tolerance is the full tolerance given (allocated) to produce the part
All processes should be included in control plan (must be included first in PFD). Incoming material inspection will come in Receiving process in control method
