@@WonxMochi_xo I truly agree. Jungwon is almost same age as me but the leadership qualities he possess now are on another level. he could be the second youngest member of the grp but he has proved that he is far more qualified and suitable to be a leader.

I watched part 1-5 without skipping a sec and realized it why the hybe artist are so incredible because at initial pint they are blessed with such T&D team .
T&D is so important for young trainees. I didn’t their role until I watch this video. BTS members consist of rap members and vocal members. Jin, Jimin, Taetae, and Jungkook had no experience for singing until becoming trainee. But they became wonderful artists now. T&D played a lot of important roles for them. Thank you so much T&D for contributing their efforts to BTS and other groups. I’m so happy now because of BTS💜
BTS has said that there were only 10 employees at BH when they were training. I can't imagine how hard the original T&D team worked to get BTS on the stage. Bless them!
The HYBE T&D team now has been growing better & they focus in diverse areas for trainees to learn. Since they started only with 10 peoples back then (based on Namjoon's statement before), now they become better place for all the trainees. Now they have better staffs & programs to offer to the trainees.
It feels like it's not only for those who have dream to be an idol but also for those who running with passion..💜
I love the fact that the T&D team have not only taught the trainees in many areas of development but have also learnt from the trainees themselves about how to adapt to different styles of motivation and help. They have then incorporated that into their teachings with the trainees, eg. RM's style of making other BTS members listen to different genre's of music to help with their music development in order to appreciate music more deeply. It shows a very impressive approach to the training and development system HYBE has.
It feels like it's not only for those who have dream to be an Idol but also for those who running with passion 😭❤

Namjoon you are truly incredible. Unknowingly creating the foundation of this is wow.
I started out laughing at this part! I think it would be reassuring for potential trainees to see these videos. Putting trust into your teachers and mentors is difficult if you're not sure that they really do have your best interest at heart. Having a support system like this is unheard of in the western pop industry, and this is unique even in the kpop industry. There's a lot of benefit in not having to navigate the unknown by yourself. Much appreciation toward the team and what I see as their continual practice of reflection, and flowers to our Namjoon - its not everyday that one is able to influence real changes that you wish to see happen in your field. It's so hopeful to see
HYBE, the best company FR. I’ve always known how much HYBE cares about their trainees and artists but it’s amazing how they put this together. Their approach to training and developing is really special wanting to help each of them be their best self in their best way. This is why I love HYBE.
In an industry where everyone seems to be all about the healthy and unhealthy competition, Hybe is really trying their best in putting their artists first and always encouraging artistic liberty and even encourage full music enhancement in the sense that they encourage trainees to learn about music and not just do it for the sake of it. Having trainees make their own timetable is something commendable imo because it’ll help the team see where and how to help them balance trainee life. This was really educational. Keep it up.

T&D are so underappreciated but I'm glad how much the artists, esp Namjoon expressed his gratitude for them..
One of the most remarkable improvements among Hybe artists is Jo. In a short period, the progress he has made is truly impressive. Now, I'm looking forward to I'LL-IT 👀 i see great potential in them

It is nice that they're showing this because West has made K-pop sound like it is a manufacturing factory. It is important to realize that people who are working behind the scenes are real people, and so are idols who are performing in front of us, and their collaborative efforts have made the kpop experience so enjoyable
The thing is, this may be just for HYBE. Unless other labels and agencies are also doing the same, then kpop would always have the stigma of being 'manufactured'.

Watching this whole series just makes me prouder of BTS. They grew as people and a team but also helped their company grow to where it is today. I'm grateful to all of the staff who supported them and their dreams and helped them become the BTS of today. But mostly, I'm grateful to BTS for never giving up and for making me the person I am today. I love them with everything I have and everything I am. I can see why the T and D team at Hybe is so important to the trainees. So wise to have people who look after both physical and mental aspects of the person. They seem sincere in their commitment and concern for the trainees. Definitely an important ingredient for success. Big Hit’s success is mirrored in BTS’ success.

Namjoon and Bangtan are really the strongest roots. What a relief they are who they are to them. They could be somebody they never had to lean on back then so that today idols can lean on them and learn from them 💜 BTS TRULY PAVED THE WAY
“through BTS, we saw how hard workers can grow” yeah thats why we always tell BTS IS THE STANDARD! they're starting from the bottom to the top with all their hardworks for make dreamworks, the unstoppable love they had for music and stage until now is just prove how amazing they're. Beyond proud of my Bangtan, hope the entire Hybe team know they're had seven people as treasure.

As someone who really loves music I would love to work with these kind of field in the future. As a psychology student, I am happy that the company of my favorite artist value mental health. 르세라핌 보면 멤버들이 항상 회사 덕에 여러 음악을 할수 있다고 했는데 이번 시리즈를 보니까 왜 하이브 아이돌들이 늘 그렇게 칭찬받고 결국에는 성공하는건지 알겠다.. 진짜 주변에 좋은 사람들이 많고 서로서로 의지하면서 가다보니까 쉽게 무너지지 않고 높은 자리까지 올라가는거구나... 솔직히 팬으로써 가끔 회사가 답답하고 미울때도 있었는데 하이브 그리고 하이브 아티스트들이 탑인 이유는 확실히 알겠다.
