A simple how to on replacing the upper front suspension arm on a w220 mercedes Benz s class, this car is a S430L with airmatic, basically fitting and removal is the same across all. It is important to support the car and never trust solely the jacking points. To support the car I had a jack in the front sill hole, one trolley juck under the front cross member and a third scissor jack under the rear right just baring the weight on that corner to assist the suspension.
