Tonight’s video is a “hand movements” video, using something known as “Karuna” Reiki. The other special hand movements and sounds, Karuna Reiki heals certain addictions, intent of compassion. I will be focusing on your third eye chakra and crown tonight.. so much of the healing will take place from your belly button up. I encourage you to pause when mentioned in the video to get yourself comfortable before I begin. I start off by doing a simple energy manipulation with hand movements, and build up each chakra with sounds using different triggers such as water and light.

And I went to sleep 30 mins later and wakes up feeling great. Ahhhh I really needed this after a long three days... I finally gave birth to my beautiful healthy baby boy Grayson, he's seven pounds five ounces and is the definition of perfect.. He doesnt even cry that much! But I still get little sleep for I am that mother that is paranoid about the baby's safety and if he is breathing properly or not but yeah, I haven't commented that much for the reason was because I was very in pain and exhausted, 15 hours of labor really took a toll on me. Now.. I sleep as he takes a nap and I will be fully refreshed. Thank you, love. Much love over here from a new momma to a beautiful and an amazing momma. ❤❤

Hey mom, I don't know if this just actually works or if it's some placebo effect, but I actually do feel a lot better this morning. I had watched this video a couple other times, but instead of watching it all the way through I just fell asleep about 5-10 minutes in lol. But last night I really wasn't feel good and I hadn't been for a while and I decided to watch this all the way through because I wanted to see if it would help. (I also watched your EDMR or EMDR vid and that was really helpful for me) So after struggling to stay awake and watch it all the way through and then going back and falling asleep to my favorite part, I woke up today feeling better. I don't feel as empty as I had been, I'm just content now. I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything and thanks for always being there for me when I need it, I love you ❤️

Tbh i dont watch ASMR videos specifically for ASMR purposes anymore. Half the time I genuinely find them interesting. Especially with you, having fun, sometimes plot driven role plays that give me tingles but are to interesting to fall asleep too.

Hey, Mom! I've been having some body issues lately which is something I've never suffered from. I'm suppose to go to a pool party at a teammates house next week and I typically wear bikinis and feel confident but I haven't even been feeling okay enough to wear a semi form fitting shirt. I was wondering if you could do some kind of body positivity affirmation video. Your personal attention videos always help me especially anxiety ones and this is something that I'm really having anxiety about. I don’t typically get super involved in videos, I just enjoy them. but this one I swear I could feel every bit of energy was was giving off. I felt the heat in my face before she even said anything and jump. I’m super into the the culture and everything so I just feel very involved. As someone who believes in chakras and has learned spiritualism through yoga, I could fully feel and see the energy moving. I just felt the need to wipe the negative energy off my phone as well to remove it from Karuna.
