Here in San Diego, we really don't have food carts. Mainly it's food trucks selling Mexican food, no hot dogs, no Halal, etc..
Along with just loving watching NYC rain videos, I like to see the carts that have Sabretts. Never had a Sabrett hot dog. They must be awesome--it is NYC's fave dog. Everytime I see a Sabrett cart in these NYC rain videos, I say to myself, "I'll take a Sabrett with mustard and relish, please." 😃
Born and raised in NYC. Believe me buying a Sabrett dog in wintertime, when the steam envelops you is truly intoxicating.
Used to have two Sabrett hot dogs from the cart in college once a week, with everything..MMMmmmmmmm......

NYC is awesome because the tall buildings take the hits. Empire State Building is hit constantly. Most are grounded to absorb the strikes. Just stay out of Central Park during a thunderstorm.
