an updated or new version of Sidmeyer Railroad would be beautifull. The computer that I have now, the trains are flying and difficult to follow. it is outdated but i loved it allways. building railroads, managing passengers and freight, laying tracks etc
What would you all say is the successor to sid Meier's railroads? It hits a good itch for me, but the limited complexity/challenge and bugs (especially when using modded maps) make me yearn for something newer/better.
Everyone of these games aren't open world. If you open the map all you see is a track from point a to point b. And the scenarios cost an arm and leg to get and you can play the scenario in less then 10 mins.
Is this a joke? You're gonna criticize Trainz for its graphics, then say "lets move onto the best game on our list" and talk about Train Frontier Classic? wtf is that, some mobile game? It looks like a freaking cartoon!
This list is based on my personal preferences. As a result, you may disagree with the list because everyone has their own taste, and we should accept each other's viewpoints.
Run8 is the most real Sim physics 800mile routes, businesses to service there is nothing like it.

Why do you think so?
@@CyberRaccoon well i just think some of them barely even qualify as a rail sim .
Are you using an AI narrator?
How did you guess? 🤣
No, it's not AI, it's just computer generated. There's no intelligence in it.
@@CyberRaccoon Right now it's still pretty easy to guess, it's flat, perfect and no emotion ranges, professional
@@CyberRaccoon The way I can tell is that it has some digital crackling whenever it speaks.
@@CyberRaccoonNo human would read the year 1850 as "one thousand eight hundred and fifty".
