All the outfits were lovely in their own right but, for me, you looked amazing in the slinky knitted dress with the short little cardigan. Your waist should be on show FAR more often!

Some food for thought - as a point of reference “Country Life Vlog” on TH-cam is based in Azerbaijan, not a word is spoken, but it captures stunning footage of the country life style. It has in excess of 5 million subscribers.
To me it says people want to see a balance of the quieter life and from reading some of your viewers comments it welcomes the Gorden-Millen menagerie when it is incorporated as part of your natural lifestyle.

Dressing Gown and wellies is a normal chicken check outfit for me!!! In summer its a floaty white dress with no shoes (living out my Jane Austen romantic ideals). That tea set was gorgeous and I need it in my life. Maybe I will visit the UK again!!!!! Thank you for a lovely video.

I really enjoyed this video as I visited Highgrove last year and enjoyed tea there too. As an American I'm a cream first then jam because when I make scones they're warm and the cream will melt and then top it off with jam. I can get Devon cream where I live. I loved the china that the then Prince of Wales used and bought as much as I knew my suitcase would accommodate. Great video, thank you.

as a cornish lady i can tell you i've always done jam and then cream!! It just makes sense to be because jam is a spead and cream is a topping so reversing the order is odd to me but i won't hold it against you 😂😊
Yes!!! Spread the jam all over the scone and a dollop of cream on the top. The jam is too heavy for the cream the other way ariund and who wants a big lump of jam as a dollop...and I'm an Australian 😂. I think how we do things is a direct result of our convict ancestry and where they came from. 🤔☺️

I have mentioned this before: I've watched all your vlogs since just before "lockdown" and witnessed your journey. You exude this new calmness; I adore your unique life approach and appreciation and respect for the seasons. This may sound crazy, but your look has changed as well. I don't just mean your exquisite style but your face and mannerisms; you exude happiness and radiance from wisdom and self-discovery.
Same here. I’ve been wanting to let her know I see her journey. It shows growth and self reflection. She’ll never be able to please everyone who follows her, but that’s just life. Lydia, if you read this, keep doing nice things for yourself. It’s not selfish, it’s self care (and yes, do something for others as well). I can’t afford most of the things you wear and promote, but I still enjoy watching how lovely things look on you and it inspires me to think of new ways to dress within my own budget.
You are right about the tea cup. I'm the same. I love my tea at night and I have a favorite cup I drink my tea out of. It's just a pretty cup. I'm actually not a fan of the rustic mugs, even my coffee gets a prettier cup, I like my cups whitish inside, thin, decent size handles and they have to be pretty. Just my quirk. However, I think people should enjoy their tea however they want.

Love to see you dry some lavender and make pot pouri bags with it. Hmm lavender is apparently trending as a colour on Christmas trees this year .
You could also use herbs for tea and bath soaks.

You should try White Swan marigolds. I too do not like marigolds, but this solid cream one is quite pleasant

As a Greek Australian I prefer having scones with cream and jam on top. I agree that jam is heavier/stickier consistency to go first but it's not aesthetically pleasing or appetising
