Nice lecture!!!! Will you plz upload one more video the what are limbal stem cells and what happened due to the loss of these stem cells will you plz explain with microscopic diagramatically
The zonular ligaments (aka the suspensory ligaments) are strands of connective tissue that connect the ciliary body/ciliary muscles to the lens, allowing the ciliary muscles to change the shape of the lens when you're trying to focus on something near to you. The ciliary processes are little folds in epithelium of the ciliary body that ooze out aqueous humor that fills up the anterior segment of the eye. So, the little ridges would be ciliary processes and the zonular ligaments would be little strings coming off the ciliary body (although they're not pictured here) Here's a diagram for reference: i.ytimg.com/vi/TL8HVm2e0x8/maxresdefault.jpg Hope that helps! Let me know if you have more questions.
Thank you ! We just started our eye anatomy unit & thanks to this video I was able to get a head start

Thanks! Glad you found it helpful..Unfortunately, Im not really familiar with the topic you are asking about though. I had to ask Dr Google about it!
Thank you!
Glad to help!
could you explain why that is a ciliary process but not a zonular ligament?
