When I look at the recurve stats vs the longbow, there just isn’t a large enough difference. Longbow was nerfed too hard and it shows. I am jealous of the nip though. I’ve seen a few in lobbies and I can’t wait to shoot for one next wipe.
If u died later on in the clip at 3 minutes in the fight against the gold cape fighter and ranger, me and my buddy were in that game too we were looking for that team to fight and we stumbled upon that ranger as he was trying to leave the room and killed him. if u didn't die or got out it may have just been same scenario and not same game.
Yeah, we were practricing for our BIS run but after getting slaughtered a few times, we decided to put it off for another night. Ranger is feeling extra weak.... @@sykuaa
The price of gears goes up significantly when you add multiple good rolls. I don’t have a ton of gold to throw into new build videos. But you’re totally right in the regard that more damage would be better
So as a top ranger here’s a couple tips. If you’re gonna be going longbow. Pick up some agility and get you’re move speed up. Drop a couple dex items. Use the quick fire perk that gives you 50% action speed with bow. Much better than using the double tap perk since they nerfed the longbow to 2 shots and survival to 4. At least that’s how I’d go about doing this build. Gl keep up the content.
I totally agree with you! 50 is too much of a spec unless youre running +3 all atty gear. Moveseped is super imporant. Honestly, I havent been digging the longbow since the nerfs. I have been using a lot of recurve.

@thedarkharvester true. but the ranger gon have issuing hitting shots when the opps grouped together. try stat checking when one enemy is slightly caught out
it doesn't seem like alot of improvement when watching this.. 9 seconds instead of 11.. who cares? But it's actually insane how big of a difference that makes in PVP
Exactly. You shouldnt build 50 dex, its just a little too much. But getting that one extra arrow is big. 5 shots at the same time as 4 shots with a weaker kit is a plus for sure.

I ran 45 dext Nip. Stats were massive as well. It was fun, but the longbow nerfs just don’t sit well with me.

Did you use quick fire in the last clip for action speed for the arming? didn't know you could use quick fire with melee weapons
You can’t, it’s only bow type weapons.
It did look like it, but only the pen shot works with the melee weapons.
Quick fire works for swapping between weapons.

We had just finished out duo demigod grind and were just looking for pvp, its a shame we didnt get to actually fight ur team or theirs.

getting 50 dex isnt worth it you should really only build to 40
