1:12:46 A very good point raised. Thank you. Overall, a wonderful and insightful discussion that highlights the need for developing local curriculum by which students can explore and learn about how things work in their neighborhoods, about their land, water and natural sources. Thank you Padma Sundar Joshi and Deshsanchar.
Padam Sunder Joshi is a distinguished educator in the field of solid waste management, having imparted his knowledge and expertise at the Institute of Engineering. His teaching goes beyond theoretical instruction, as he brings extensive practical experience to his lessons. This blend of academic and hands-on experience makes his instruction particularly valuable. In his courses, Joshi likely integrates real-world applications with theoretical concepts, offering students a comprehensive understanding of solid waste management. His extensive practical experience means he has dealt with various aspects of waste management, from collection and sorting to recycling and disposal. This background allows him to provide insights into the challenges and best practices in the field, preparing students for real-world scenarios. By combining his practical experience with academic teachings, Joshi helps students grasp complex concepts more effectively and prepares them to tackle waste management issues with a well-rounded perspective. His approach not only educates but also inspires students to engage with the field in a meaningful way.
