Centre Govt should be allotted the Money as per the status of the states related demands with the accountability of them to the Centre Govt finance department. Articles in the J& K of the 370, 35 A can't be considered for the centre govt interfreance of the alloted Money by the Centre Govt as per the every States. But the Govt of the J& K should be never been fulfilled the public related Devlopment Money & looted the funds with the cooperatively the each political parties, and the Centre Govt of the Congress party leaders should be ignored it from the many decades!!!? That's why the Pro National political party of the BJP, Modiji Govt has to abolished the Articles which should be provided as the Temporary Based as the constitution of the India.
