If I may, I'd like to give a theory about what power, if any, Superman gave to the Batman of the future. I think Superman gave him either peak deductive skills, allowing him to embrace the detective part of Batman, or just general super intelligence. Let's face it, it may not be considered a super power, but Batman's crazy high intelligence absolutely is.

I mean, it is an engine, maybe you could even consider it an omni-directional combustion piston-engine. Think about it, imagine a piston(gravity) pressing down from every possible angle until the pressure and frictional-heat hits the critical level and combusts(fuse) the matter inside the star creating an outward force which presses the piston back, it is then promptly pressed down again by the piston(gravity) as it repeats until the fuel is run-dry and the piston breaks.

Superman 1 Million, in the story, was not killed. He was defeated and fell back into the sun. The bad guy even said he would probably heal but over such a length of time he would not be around to help the future Justice Leagues.
I think we have not seen him since because he is kind of a hard character to write. He is basically a problem solver if you want to go all out at how awesome the writer thinks he might be or be used like Worf in Start Trek. Basically appear only to be defeated to show how powerfull whatever villian they were using was.... just like they did in the future event comic.

Now the DC timeline has been changed x times.
the present Superman could not know if this future still existed in a week. there was already an unplanned change in time in the One Million Story. Because one of the time machines used was unsuitable for such long journeys.
The hope was based on the fact that there is at least one timeline where everything will be fine.
A false hope if I remember the current canon correctly.
One million was a great story. The maker of the video should have read it.

    • @FirstnameLastname-my7bz
      @FirstnameLastname-my7bz ปีที่แล้ว

@@Takao0815 Present Superman has NOTHING to do with All-Star Superman (which is alt Superman in general, in the same category as Red Son, Injustice, Frank Miller Year One and others) nor with Golden Superman One Million (which is kinda normal kinda All-Star one).
Present Superman exists in this weird amalgam of previous origins, ever since Reborn happened which combined post-Crisis (which on itself is THREE different origins) with new52, and I am sure they can pull up some pre-Crisis stuff as well now.
None of them have anything similar with All-Star origin whatsoever. No dead Pa Kent from heart attack while still in Smallville just like in The Movie (only later on, and now reversed as both Kents are alive now after Doomsday Clock but also kinda dead, all depending on last writer's whim really).
Normal Superman, unlike All-Star doesn't have this sun energy overload thing to begin with. He countless times flew in close to the sun and he countless times was fine. In fact in Snyder/Jimenez Justice League he literally flew THROUGH multiple suns. Which just made him more powerful, instead of supercancerous All-Star.

As others have said, Superman 1 million isn't nearly strong enough to do some of the feats described. However, there is a version that is, Strange Visitor Superman. Much like Superman Prime 1 million, this superman rested in the sun, not for 10,000 years but for tens of millions of years. Even after splitting himself into a thousand pieces, a single piece was still able to hold all creation together. He outlived everything, and so when the last being died, he left on a journey.

Superman One Million doesn't empower Justice Legion Alpha. He empowers Kal Kent, the Superman of the 853rd century, as he has empowered generation upon generation of Kal's ancestors. Kal gets powers from the Super-Sun, which is Earth's Sun with Superman living inside it. He also had an ancestor who married into Mr. Mxyzptlk's family in the 67th century, so he has 5-dimensional senses, and has other alien bloodlines mixed with his Kryptonian heritage. Basically, he has powers that would make the Silver Age Superman jealous, but they fade quickly when he's away from their source (Superman One Million and the Sun). Still, even at non-Super-Sun levels, he's pretty impressive, but he can accidentally kill himself if he draws on his energy reserves to perform a feat that normal yellow sunlight can't sustain him through.
All 853rd century humans have telepathy, access to a galaxy-spanning telepathic internet called Headnet, and what 21st century humans would call superhuman intellect and information processing capabilities.
Starman has a device descended from the original Starman's Cosmic Rod, called the Quarvat.
Hourman is "diamond generation intelligent machine colony, DNA programmed with Tyler Miraclo gene biosoftware." He's also the keeper of the Worlogog, which is basically the knot that keeps Time from unraveling. Since his biosoftware was based on the alterations that Miraclo made to Rex Tyler's DNA, he's also technically a descendant of the Golden Age Hourman.
Wonder Woman is a living marble statue imbued with the spirit and memories of Diana's life as Wonder Woman by Diana (who had long since ascended to become the Goddess of Truth), along with sentient bracelets called Mercy and Harmony that are imbued with advanced Amazonian technology (generating invisible-material weapons and objects, Purple Healing Ray tech, etc).
Batman is following the long tradition of people taking up the mantle of Batman and has honed his 853rd century body and mind to their ultimate potential (he took the original Batman out with one strike, and incorporates telepathy into his martial arts style). He has a robot sidekick named Robin, the Toy Wonder.
Aquaman is the ruler of the aquaformed planet Neptune, descended from hundreds of thousands of years of Atlantean and Lemurian royalty, with all the powers that Aquaman, Aqualad, Mera, Orm, etc possessed, but to far greater degree.
Their are three notable exeptions to the 853rd century Earth/Solar System origin rule:
The Flash of Justice Legion Alpha is original from the 27th century, a man named Jonathon Fox, having time traveled to the far future.
Resurrection Man is at least as old as Vandal Savage, was ancient in the 20th century, and is still around in the 853rd century, being a self-resurrecting immortal.
The Atom is the last survivor of a dead universe that suffered a quantum vacuum collapse, who has the power to atomize his body and control all his duplicates with one mind.
They're all legacy characters, and most of them draw directly on the legacy of one of the original Justice League heroes.

There 3 versions of Superman Prime One Million
    All Star
    Post Crisis(The most known one)
Rebirth(The one that gets his ass kicked whenever he appears)
Also the people that beat him were multiversal archetypes and wielded magic

I'm pretty sure the version of superman 1 milion that always get kick is after the colapsed of dark multiverse, which explain his significantly weaker power.

Statement: "I feel like Superman doesn't get the proper love and recognition he so rightfully deserves"
Reality: His writers and fans have been on a 70-year strokejob to keep him relevant.

    This right here.
The anime 'Boku No Hero Academia' does an homage to this.
We get hints when All Might is a Hero being the stand in for Superman, even though he is injured and facing mortality he is still the smiling Superman.
Later in the seasons we still get a depowered old All Might but we really mostly only see his imagery portrayed by his golden statue.
Inside Deku's mind we see the image of All Might's personality that is in counsel with the others.
He is the only one left currently that isn't speaking yet but he is represented by the largest image, while the others are their old hero selves surrounded by a colored aura, All Might is a being of Golden power. Combined with the golden statue of All Might with a sign hung on it saying "I am not here" and his successor Deku fighting on his own symbolizes Superman's desire to leave a mark and leave a symbol of Peace to help the world be a better place than it was before after he is finally gone.
