I am moving to Georgia for 1st time after living 15 years in Florida since I came from Cuba. I choose Camden county because is south so am not going to be too cold, also, i wanted to be within 1hour max distance to the sea because i don't like too live too far in land.
I suspect your part of Ga to get VERY busy soon. Florida has priced us out. My lovely wife and I live in Mexico Beach, FL and between home/auto insurance and property taxes Florida has become unlivable for us. We will probably be chatting soon.

Hope he is okay! Lots of downed trees. Most of the area is just now getting power and cell service restored.
