Interesting. How many music schools are there in Nieu-Zealand. It seems quite a cosy homogenous scenario. Would be interesting to see your price structuring and your client base.

Honestly, the best advice would just be to Watch every video on our channel and grab every free resource you can! AND apply what you learn and never give up.
We started as a LLC (company) and later added a charitable trust to funnel our charitable work through and raise funding and grants etc. So there is both a for profit company (70-80% of the work) and a non profit charity (about 20-30% of the work). We break all this down in the more advanced sections of our 'Build a music school' membership / resource library.
