- In this eye-opening video, I share my personal experience as a blind man with Retinitis Pigmentosa, navigating the challenges of everyday life, focusing on a particularly frustrating trip to a coffee shop.
Join me as I recount the misunderstandings and misconceptions that can occur when people are unaware of the unique challenges faced by those with visual impairments.
The purpose of this video is not to dig people out but rather to educate and provoke thoughts on how we can all be a bit more considered when interacting with people.
This stuff doesn’t impact me at all on a personal level. I just ‘Smile and Wave’. But, my hope is these examples help improve interactions for other disabled people.
Let's raise awareness and foster empathy together! Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe for more stories and insights.

Thought provoking!
Certainly is!!
Unfortunately it appears people are not taught people skills and empathy. They all go about their days without understanding the impact they have on peoples everyday lives xx
True unfortunately!
Can I name and shame 😂?!
Definitely not!!!
