I felt overwhelmed everytime I feel his energy but lately I understand it's the only way we could know that they still couldn't get rid us from their mind as well.
It's not easy but I just enjoy and accept the feelings being still loved even without communication.
Definitely out of nowhere. Going about my day and then I think of us having special moments and it completely consumes me and changes my mood entirely. Need to take a deep breath and try to tell myself I need to keep doing what I was doing.

We have been connected since we met in high school ...40 years! We have this energy that cannot be denied as we have been together romantically a few times during those 4 decades. But...life/timing doesnt seem to line up for us. We expressed our true feelings once again a year ago but we are both married to good loving people. We havent communicated too much recently in emails but on the higher plain...we communicate every day in some way. I have been Journaling lately in the hopes that putting the words/feelings on paper will soothe the lack of him in my life.
This is supernatural seriously, I started thinking about a person out of nowhere and really started missing her and would crave for that one glance but it is unclear if she feels the same about me and thinking about just this fills my heart even more. Totally feel these comments. The other day me and some friends went to a pub and all of a sudden out of nowhere they play btb songs that remind me of her. And one day im out coaching and out if all the kids i see one right when i turn around her last name is on his shirt. Just random stuff like i see her favorite car. I hear and see her name not all the time but it happens all of a sudden. This resonates and i understand its not just me.
I feel this on so many levels. I am going through this as well, but it has been for a number of years and in pockets of time regarding the same person. We actually got very close (at least I thought) nearly two years ago. Then out of nowhere she ghosted me , then called one day to say how hectic her life became. I accepted her answer and tried to let things go, or happen at her pace. It was clear to me that there wasn’t room for me at this juncture in her life. I was deeply hurt because I made room for her with all the traumatic things I had going on (still ongoing too). I see her name and hear it EVERYWHERE…I dream about her too. It is driving me totally crazy and I have tried several things to move on and push the universe for me to have peace. For example, I got off every social media platform with the exception of LinkedIn over this last year. Guess who decided to pop up and like my updates…and she rarely gets on there. I am lost on what to do and it has become very upsetting to be constantly be reminded of someone. I do still feel her energy too…it saddens me. There are days like today when it makes me borderline angry.

I had a dream of my ex husband. This was after a long time. Then in the morning after dreaming of him he was in my head real strong. Like it felt he was looking at me in my head. I thought my head would explode….
You just described the twin flame energy. Nonstop flooding of his energy for years and boom it retreats and now I have some peace and quiet, it’s not intrusive. This recently happened to me for the first time. Honestly I wondered if his energy was being blocked from my soul or higher self because I’m suddenly blocked also from feeling a close friend’s energy as well. This is helpful. I was being manifested. I have a question I can't find answers to. Maybe someone here can guide me. My goodness it’s been 6mos I’ve been freaking out still not knowing why this kid pops in my head. Constantly, I had not met him yet he was already calling me mom, I finally met him sweet young man had some issues and my daughter dumped him . And it’s been hard for me for what ever reason I cried so hard he was and is constantly popping up in my mind it’s frustrating. It’s like I hear him saying he loves and wants my daughter back. Then I feel like crying, or just start crying when he pops up. I’ve already told him mentally to stop, he did 2days then he was back grrr. What do I do to stop or disconnect.

okay I met this person back in July he gave me his number and we texted a few times but then about a month now I found him on snapchat and i added him and he blocked me then his number got changed and we haven't spoke ever sense now for about three weeks now I am getting signs .
