How do you setup the zoom so that it will finish zooming within the clip? Say if I have a 10 second clip, but I want the first second to have a fast zoom in, how would you set that up?
@@jishnu38 that doesn’t work though because the first clip will zoom, but then the second clip will still be uncropped. You’d have to manually crop the second clip to match the final zoom point of the first clip this way, which is unbelievably exhausting.
HELP!__A compound clip cannot be cropped , pan and zoom applied etc ( I think also cant be tracked, have audio detached ) the normal options are "greyed out" ( A comound clip has to be first saved to the hard drive and then re loaded into time line which defeats the benefit of creating a compound clip). Can anyone else reading this, comment too please after checking their Filmora on their PC Thanks
@@Udzial I have managed to contact someone at Filmora They replied to say they did not know, & will now be fixing this on an upcoming upgrade in the future.
The new feature " create compound clip" is a good improvement , but why can't it then be cropped, or pan and zoom applied to it? This is a major drawback, please can someone fix this at Filmora?
No, please check A compound clip cannot be croped , pan and zoom etc ( I think also cant be smart cut out or the sound removed) the normal options are "greyed out" ( A comound clip has to be first saved to the hard drive and then re loaded ino time line which defeats the benefit of creating a compound clip). On a image that begins with a 9:16 ratio: Once I crop to fit it goes widescreen 👌. When I pan and zoom from that point it reverts the image back to 9:16. How do i keep the image full screen?
I have been through so many editing software in my entire life, and I have never google or youtube how to zoom in on my timeline because it's usually "ctrl + scroll" but this dum shit software does not have that feature and I cannot even key bind that shit, even tho I know how to, such a stupid software, also the zoom in and out feature on time is so fucking dumb like I have my cursor and marker set on my specific video timeline then it should zoom in and out on that particular area where I put my marker or cursor but idk where is my zooming is going, it actually zooming into an area where there is nothing. LIKE WTF IS THIS SOFTWARE ZOOM IN TO MY MOUSE OR MARKER WHY ARE YOU SHOWING ME BLANK AREAS WHERE THERE IS NOTHING, IT TAKING SO MUCH TIME TO EDIT 10MIN VIDEO, DUMESS SOFTWARE I HAVE EVER USED, GOING BACK TO SONY VEGAS.

From my limited knowledge I think this can be done by clipping the video and add the effects separately in separate clips.
