My favorite song Mosie wrote i heard it first after my mom got sick with Cancer and I had already lost my dad to it. I would just cry listening to this song

When I was 5 years old my sisters and I sang this at my grandma’s church when she was sick with lunge cancer. She passed away shortly after that 🥲 I know she’s up in glory singing this song now!

The sus-major resolution on "anymore" actually sparked my interest in music theory decades ago. I didn't know what to call it, but I knew it was absurdly beautiful.
It's SUCH good composition because the sus4 is completely totally ambiguous, so you're sitting on the idea that Jesus isn't in the tomb anymore without knowing what to make of it until it resolves to the major.
This is literally my favorite song ever. Can you tell?
