Please give the solution, one of d customer he added the dvr to hik account and he forgot the account details, he don't know the details, n he selected the wrong country while creating account, n he tried tried n just to hide it, he deleted the account also now. I recently upgraded my firmware to NVR 4.0. Now I am locked out and cannot input my user name. Also the system is indicating my password is not correct.
