    I am a 188cm striker I think I have good finishing but I panic and lose my composure when someone passes the ball in team training and I brick the first touch and can't perform like I do with individual training. Is there anything else I should do other than first touch training?

      You may need to try improving your game mentally and psychologically to help reduce your anxiety as you play. That would probably make the biggest impact.
      Working on first touch could absolutely help though. If you have a good first touch already, I’d try some tougher drills. Here’s a few for you!
      1. Set up two small squares 15 yards apart. Have one partner pass the ball hard to the other, testing their touch. Each bad touch taken, or bad pass played is a point. First to 5 points loses.
      2. Juggle ~10 times and kick the ball up in the air as high as you can (within reason). Control the ball with your feet.
      3. 2-touch wall juggling is a great way to improve your first touch and ball control
      I hope this helps👌🏼

    How can we measure the e effectiveness of a training session
    Like what are the things which make a session effective .this session may be individual or group .
    Perhaps intensity and duration.if anything else plz add

    • @KreiderAcademy
      @KreiderAcademy  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Everything that makes a great training session is the same for both group and individual trainings.
      Firstly, you need a purpose. What do you want the session to improve?
      The most effective sessions achieve that purpose by being simple and game realistic! In order for it to be game realistic, it needs to be intense. I try to keep my drills simple, but work on these skills that will help me in games!
      So duration isn’t important to me. Just for however long you train, make sure you do it with focus and intensity during the drills. I hope this helps👍🏼

    How much fit our studs should be?? Like my shoes have 1 CM gap in front is it okay?

    • @KreiderAcademy
      @KreiderAcademy  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’d say that’s fine! Certainly no more though.
      I fit my cleats by trying on different sizes down until I can’t fit into the cleats! Try to get them really snug since they stretch and expand as you wear them!

      I wanna become a winger I train like 3 days a week for 2hrs and 2 days for matches I'm 16 , is that a good number

    • @KreiderAcademy
      @KreiderAcademy  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That’s good! I usually recommend 5 to 6 days a week😁
      If you could squeeze a sixth session in that’d be great! If you’re worried about having enough energy to play then just make it a technical session with drills that don’t require as much exertion👌🏼
