It's amazing how people change once they get money coming in but he is right power is a lot more fun on different machines than Honda @@scottmorris8821
So on the defenders they program that throttle hang on deceleration for long steep hill decents. It hangs to keep the primary engaged a little since there is no longer a one way bearing in the primary like the gen 2s. On the defenders it is supposed to shut that off once you hit the brake on decel. I wish you could program it out or shut it off.
Man, that makes exact sense! Thanks for the comment. That's what I was thinking, but I hadn't quite figured out what was going on with the one-way bearing
@@MudPuppyOffroad Yo i was about to say it was programmed through various IEB settings, I would be curious if that is what is causing the engine to prematurely shut off after you just come out of water.
@@losersquadhd1234 I think it's all related. Weird all the xmr700s are fine. It has similar control systems. At least a dozen people I know are having these issues
@@Drake1925 of course it's going to be a little slower because of the increased rotational inertia, but you can't get a lighter 32-in mud tire. That machine needs as much tire as it can get the belly hangs low and it's very heavy
Mud Puppy posting a video of a Can Am walking a Honda. Wow how the tables have turned.
I just report the facts
@ oh I know lol. Just in all of my years watching you I would’ve never expected to see this
11 months out of the year. The Honda's dominated around here but when it gets thick you need that power

That also explains how they use the throttle body to give you variable engine braking options

My 700 can am throttle was staying at 3000rpm when I drove it in -25c . Next time I started it at -5c it was fine
mine will randomly hang and sometimes idle at 2k or higher on steep grades its very odd.
I'll make a video on this. I think we've got it figured out
Hate to see Hondas getting walked but Sure glad to be here
Your demon axle discount code doesn’t work for some reason
sorry, contact demon
I got a 850 sportsman (non highlifter) what tire/size would you recommend?
Unless you want to install Highlifter low range gears I'd go with a 32 Aztex
@ you think it will rob a lot of power?. Thank you I appreciate the response
