I'd heard too many divisive opinion on it and did not expect it to blow me away like it did.

Right! I've never read Catcher in the Rye but trust Jon. So, now it's going on the 2025 TBR.

Oh you have to put it on that tbr indeed. It's so funny when I saw the Americans divided on it, only to learn that the friend I buddy read with and usually tell you guys about read it this year as well, and she told me she gave it 5 stars.

9:24 I am so appreciative of how you breakdown books you read and why they are meaningful to you.
So, is Matilda a witch or does she just tap into a power of then mind? Ive never read it.
I am in the mood for space operas and scifi. So, I want to finish a YA called Falling Through the Black by EA Hendricks soon. Then I plan to read Contact by Carl Sagan, and The Secret Agent by Joseph Conrad but im a mood reader so who knows what ill actually finish😆

Thank you so much for the first comment. I do my best hoping to sell it and that someone else could find something in it.
I think with Matilda it's a brain power thing and seeing this comment just reminded me that I spoke of making a video on it😭😭
Ouu I am a fan of how your mood reading is going and how you know the stuff you're feeling at a time. It's how the other night, I suddenly started desiring those novels that show a character ruminating through life and all their simple living. As the years have passed, I have slowly lost touch with YA, but I read Radio Silence by Alice Oseman in July and it had many touching moments. Also, do you read multiple books at once?
