It seems you have a good attitude and tactics for a really strong race so also some good inspiration! However, the most import question is...was there coffee at the aid station in the morning!?
Thank you for the kind feedback John. I don't know about the coffee. I took one at home after lunch a few hours before the race start. Enjoy the race, it's a lovely race! I won't be racing it this year. I will race a 60k race in Sweden in April. After a nasty injury I need a few less demanding races before the UTMB in September this year! ;)
The standard is UTMB. So there is enough for every taste. It's a bit tougher if you are vegan. But that's unfortunately the case in almost each and every race.

How well stocked are the aid stations. I like real food while running, not just energy bars. Is there good variety.
