PT EXPERIENCE AFTER TRIFOCAL (TRI- TORIC) IOL IMPLANATATION

The challenge in this case was that the pt had LASIK surgery in the past, he uses glasses for both far and near and he has astigmatism, so the target was to remove cataract using uncomplicated Phaco surgery, correcting his far , near vision and correcting his astigmatism as well.
Mission accomplished successfully and pt was happy and willing to share his experience with patients who are looking for implanting this type of lenses.
Patients should know that sometimes, glasses for both far and near are still needed even after a successful surgery, and some times hallows around lights at night driving might be bothering for some patients.
