You can only message people on Tinder if you've matched with them. The speech bubble will only be accessible if you have matches to chat with. If you're still having issues, check out Tinder's help page to get assistance: www.gotinder.com/help

You cannot see if someone liked you on Tinder unless you like them back. When you and another user both like each other's profiles, you'll be matched and be able to communicate with each other.

If you and someone else both "like" each other's Tinder profiles, you will be matched. Then you'll be able to chat with them. You cannot see whether someone has liked your profile unless you happen to like them as well.

I have 2 matches each too far away , This option sorta sucks, that we can only message a match,. they should allow ONE message per person atleast,that way you can try to get a match.

Great question! Yes, you can see your Tinder matches and communicate with them without having to pay for a premium subscription. The premium Tinder subscription just gives you unlimited likes and a couple other extra features - but it definitely isn't necessary.
I didn't realize someone could run out of likes (or did you mean matches?). I had read that there is now a Tinder Gold subscription allowing those users to see who's liked them before they've been swiped (or perhaps including users they've swiped left on. Not sure).
